Paradise in Key Largo -Kawama, a gated Community with 24 hour security. Located at mile marker 100 Key Largo -just 4 miles from John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park- Diving Capital of the World. This townhouse comes fully furnished and can accommodate parties up to 9 people. It has 3 floors with patios and balconies facing the front and back, overlooking a lushly-landscaped saltwater swimming lagoon with sandy beach. Full kitchen with all the appliances, cookware, and dinnerware to prepare your favorite meal. Marina, beach, pools, tennis courts, playground, BBQ areas, chickee huts and so much more. This unit is recently completely renovated and ready to receive guests. Comfortable accommodations with spacious living areas for all to enjoy. Our goal is to ensure your Key Largo experience is pleasant, memorable and enjoyable.

Beautiful, cozy and clean.

Beautiful, cozy and clean. We returned to Key Largo for a family vacation and this place was new to us. It's a great location with plenty to explore on and off the property. We ran into a few bumps, but received kind, quick responses from the host. We'd recommend it to families, friends or even couples that either want to relax or explore the islands.

Beautiful stay!

My family of 8 stayed in this beautiful VRBO. We all slept comfortably. Everything was in a 3-5 minutes away such as grocery stores, shops, restaurants etc.. We enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart while enjoying the on-site amenities. VRBO was very clean and just as pictured. We would definitely book again.

Best place to stay in Key Largo

I absolutely love Kawama and this condo is perfectly located close to the lagoon and pool. The kitchen is more than well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the paddle board/kayaks and golf cart are a great bonus. The host is helpful but not intrusive. This was my second stay here and we will be back.

Great week in key largo

We had a great week in key largo. The unit was very clean and well furnished… from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the fishing gear, to the water sports (kayaks, paddle board). It was so great to have everything there available to our group. We loved the fire pit at the jetty, the pools and the golf cart.

Wonderful Stay!

Recently stayed at Anna's place in Key Largo with some friends for a girl's trip. The place was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed (literally) and was a very charming unit. It was within walking distance to two pools as well as a beach area and the water. Was also close to lots of shops and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!

Paradise

This is my third time renting this particular condo and everything about it is great. Kawama is such a perfect place to stay with lots to do for everyone. The location of this condo is near the lagoon beach and one of the pools and is so convenient. Anna is always quick to respond to any little issues that might pop up and so kind. The condo is spacious with plenty of space to spread out, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lots of linens, and a washer and dryer.

Family friendly atmosphere. Enough room for two families. Very clean a newly updated. The host is a great communicator, and the condo has most everything you would need! Loved that the kitchen had an air fryer! Would definitely recommend this condo!

Great time and Location!!

Great spot and condo! Clean and the golf cart was perfect to get to the pier to watch the sunset!! Only items we would request is that we ran put of paper towels and toilet paper. No biggie. Didnt find the trash cans and the bbq grills aren’t close and need charcoal so we did the burgers in the oven. Would stay here again!

Family Holiday

We loved the house and had a wonderful holiday there. A family holiday with 3 grown up kids 18-24. The property was immaculate and exactly as described in the synopsis and reviews. Amazing Property and Family Vacation!

We had an absolutely amazing time and the property/location was stunning. It was great for our party of 10 (with two teens and 2 kids). The lagoon and pool were great and relaxing, and there was a lot to do nearby (restaurants, boat rentals etc.). We had a family campfire overlooking the bay, fished off the pier, the teens played pickleball and mingled with other teens, we sat on the deck and enjoyed the great views. Highly recommend this as an excellent booking for a family vacation! The unit was in excellent condition and very comfortable and the hosts were accessible and easy to work with! A dream vacation. Surprisingly good!

We all thought this rental met all of our needs and more! Roomy enough for 7 of us, great kitchen with everything we needed, 3 full baths (small but nice that each family could have their own). We really enjoyed the pools and the lagoon and beach. We regret that we didn’t make use of the kayak, paddle board, and swim noodles sooner than we did. Didn’t get on the golf cart until the last day-took it out to the point on marina to enjoy the beautiful sunset on our final evening. We took advantage of all the great activities in the area: fishing charters, glass bottom boat tour, Theater of the Sea and Robbie’s in Islamorada, etc. We loved Snooks for a few great meals close by. We highly recommend this rental!

Awesome time in the Keys!

This place was great for our group of 5 adults, a 15 year old and 4 year old. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather or find quiet time on their own. The rock pier was beautiful at sunrise and sunset. The community grills and fire pits were a great place to hang out, and we met a lot of friendly people there. 2 pools and the beach at the lagoon gave us plenty of options for water fun. The kayaks and paddleboard are easy to access and use. The location was easy to find and had many attractions and fish markets close by. I really could go on and on....Anna was easy to communicate with and her place is stocked with everything you'll need! We will be back!

Visit to Key Largo

The townhome was very clean, well decorated and had a lot of basic needs that many don't have (spices, cleaning supplies, paper products, trash bags). We appreciated the extra toys - kayak, golf cart, etc. Big plus, with 9 people we never ran out of hot water!! For our family with older kids, we would have preferred to have on site (or within a golf cart drive) to a restaurant or pool bar area. The pool has a max capacity of 8 people (although you could have double comfortably). The lagoon and beach (rock shore) was nice, but with the heat had some algae. This is a low key quant community.

Clean and nice

Good communication. Clean. Great location. The entry level has a family room (with a twin trundle bed), a queen bedroom and a 3/4 bathroom. Up one flight was a very nice kitchen and living room and another 3/4 bathroom. Both of those bathrooms have small showers but we appreciated having them. There is a deck on the front and a screened porch on the back with a staircase leading to the pond area and pool. Up another flight is a large bedroom with a king bedroom (and deck), a queen bedroom with an additional twin bed (and deck) and a larger 3/4 bathroom. We booked for eight people and ended up with six, so we had plenty of space. The kitchen had the utensils we needed and nice appliances. Even though the units are connected, we never heard any neighbors.

Hello, I am Adrian, I grew up in this community as a young boy spending summers here with my grandparents. My grandfather is a dedicated fisherman and it was his passion that reflects on my love for this community. Recently I had the opportunity to be able to own this tropical paradise. I am enthusiastic to make new experiences with my family. In just an hour from My home in Miami, I escape the busy city life and feel totally relaxed just after crossing the bridge to Key Largo. No worries, just flip flops, shorts and the most majestic views of the Atlantic Ocean. My parents are also owners right next door to my unit which is fantastic. I am looking forward to enjoy many years of this community I call my Tropical Escape.

Hosting gives every guest the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful community and create wonderful memories of their visit.

The amenities are excellent, the salt water lagoon is refreshing, soothing and very relaxing specially later in the afternoons when the Sun is not so bright. The North and South pools. The walks to the fishing jetty with amazing views. Kids enjoy the outdoors and spend hours in the lagoon or kayaking. A safe gated community. Its truly and escape to no worries. The food is delicious around the many local restaurants. The unique road trip to visit Key west to experience all the Florida Keys has to offer.
