Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty regardless of provider. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring an ethernet cord to plug into the router or bring access to a hot spot with you. Enabling WiFi calling on your cellphone may help. Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay, NO exceptions.

Only park in the driveway of the unit/property you rent. Guest’s risk being towed if not on their assigned drive. No Available RV or Trailer Parking. Rented Bikes & Golf Carts Must be Parked in Unit Driveway

Any Event or Party must be discussed and approved by host prior to booking. Children of all ages are welcome. You are welcome to bring anything else you'll need along. Please contact me with any questions. Check-in time is anytime after 4pm. Check out time is 10am. You're welcome to request an early check in or late checkout, but this is not guaranteed and we can only confirm 24 hours in advance. We do not allow smoking; breaking this rule will incur a $500 fine. If a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $75 for every extra hour of cleaning required. Guests are not allowed to book a stay for someone other than themselves. They must be one of the guests. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in case of such events. If more guests sleep over than the allowable maximum number for the home, the security deposit will be charged in full. If you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately. If guests delay the cleaners from beginning their cleaning at the predetermined check out time, guests will be charged $100. Any guest who is still in the location after 1pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if our team has approved a late checkout in advance.

*ATTENTION: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
