 Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, and dishwasher; a large dining table; a huge island with a breakfast bar and an additional outside dining table at the covered lanai.
 Laundry room: First floor has a laundry room with a set of large capacity washer & dryer.
 Game room: upstairs living area with a pool table & TV, sofa, and accent chairs.
 Baby equipment is available, including highchair, strollers and playpen.
 Screened private swimming pool (heated to 83F’ish). Pool heating is optional and recommended during winter months & is available for an additional daily fee. Pool Heat is $25 per night plus tax, and it has to be ordered for your entire stay.

The guests need to provide the drivers’ names for the host to register online to assist check-in at the gate. You will receive check-in information package four days before the check-in date with door code for keypad lock, wifi info, pool info (if ordered), community and house rules, etc. The information can be shared within the group:)
