Cozy Beach House with large deck and stunning bay view

Driftaway to paradise! Located on the East End of the Island, this cozy family getaway boasts breathtaking bay views with a short 5 minute walk to the beach via private access. Enjoy the peace and calm of the white sand and beautiful gulf water away from any crowds.

This home includes a fully equipped kitchen with multiple pots/pans, a coffee maker, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, and grill (outside). Master bathroom with dual vanity sink and open shower located on the first floor. Washer and dryer located next to the Master bedroom. Upstairs includes another full bath with a tub/shower combo as well as the twin bedroom and queen bedroom.

After spending the day at the beach or community pool, relax and unwind your evenings on the expansive deck or head down to the community dock to watch the sunset. Keep your eyes peeled for dolphins, eagles, and other exotic animals! Or if you prefer a night out, check out the multiple restaurants St. George, Eastpoint, and Apalachicola have to offer including live music.

We loved the property! It was better than we expected and super comfortable for our family trip. We had plenty of space, fully stocked kitchen and loved the outdoor space! We also loved the bay view and how quiet everything was!

Wonderful vacation!

This is our second time staying in this home. Both times it has exceeded our expectations. The house is clean, well maintained, and well stocked. The hosts are wonderful to work with. I highly suggest staying at this property for a great vacation!

Incredible outdoor area

House was laid out great. Bay view and outdoor space best I’ve been too. Inside kitchen and living room is due for an update. Host was very pleasant and responsive. Great older house.

Amazing views!!

Wow- you can’t beat those sunset views! My family had the best trip enjoying long days on the beach and beautiful evening sunsets while in the pool. The location of this house is great with an easy walk to the beach and the private views of the bay. My family will definitely be returning!

We had the very best vacation on this property. The view is absolutely amazing at sunset, The chair lift swing was loved by all! We are an outdoorsy kind of family so it was perfect, the house is well appointed and has all the amenities you should need. we will definitely keep this on our rent again list....

Fabulous place for a relaxing family getaway! We were stunned by the massive deck on the back of the house. Despite the record heat we spent tons of time on the deck enjoying views of the sound. We spotted dolphins and walking to the dock we were thrilled to see lots of crabs and smaller fish in the water. Tucked into the palms and pines this property offered the quiet and peaceful spot we were looking for! A short walk to the beach. This house has a great setup to shower outside and keep the sand out. We left our beach chairs and sand toys outside below the house which was handy. The well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed. The cabinets offered books and games which we took advantage of playing an epic game of monopoly. Overall a lovely place that we hope to visit again!

The absolute best!

This is our new favourite place to stay. The kitchen is so well equipped! The house is so comfortable and the area is quiet. Our boys loved having their own rooms, we loved the newly remodelled main bath. The back deck on the back of the house with the view of the bay was by far our favorite place!! We drank many cups of coffee, ate most meals, and just enjoyed the view. Can't wait to go back next year! ps- the owners are awesome and really great about answering questions quickly!
