All Mine Beach House is an old Florida charmer in East St George Island with coastal views of the Gulf and Bay. The house is 1 block from public access to both. Spend your days on the uncrowded sugar sand beaches splashing in the waves, collecting shells, or stargazing at night. Explore local shops, so many yummy restaurants, nightlife and music, the St. George Island Lighthouse Museum and playground, fishing pier, St. George State Park, and bike/walk on the multi-use path across the street. St George Island is also centrally located for exploring the award-winning Forgotten Coast including East Point, Apalachicola, Alligator Point, and Carrabelle. Come make vacation memories that will last a lifetime!

This charming property features a coastal vibe with cozy furniture. The house is furnished with the creature comforts to make it home during your stay. This spacious 2 bedrooms have 1 king and 1 queen size beds with private ensuite bathrooms in each room. The sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping options to allow 6 guests.

Spend time together in the open living/kitchen/dining space. The large flat screen TV in the living area is perfect for movie nights or everyone can choose their own movies with TVs in each room. Fast and reliable WIFI throughout the house means that everyone can enjoy their own entertainment. Those that need to work remotely can utilize the work desk available in a bedroom. The washer and dryer are in the house. The fireplace is not available for guest use.

The galley kitchen with spacious granite counters and stainless appliances is equipped with everything you need to prepare your coastal feasts. There is plenty of seating at mealtime at a large extendable dining table and bar counter stools.

The exterior of All Mine Beach House features French doors on the Gulf side of the home providing lots of natural light and access to the covered screen porch that spans the length of the house. There’s ample seating so that you can enjoy your morning coffee on the porch swing or evening happy hour on the patio conversation set. The 1 acre property features plenty of private parking, park-style grill, wood-burning fire pit with Adirondack chairs for s'mores, and outdoor shower with hot and cold water to wash off after the beach. There is plenty of space to keep your beach gear, golf cart, or bikes. The lot is sandy so park carefully if you bringing your boat.

All Mine Beach House is pet friendly. It wouldn't be home without them. We welcome all critters who are house trained. If you are bringing your pet, please let me know they are coming. There is a $75 per fee for the extra cleaning. Please keep dogs crated or on the patio if you are going to leave the house for an extended period of time. Pet supplies are not provided, so please bring your own. The beaches are dog friendly as long as they are leashed at all times. Dogs are not allowed in the State Park.
