Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. **Sunbird Condominiums charges a registration fee for parking passes (Max 1 parking pass/ unit). You may purchase on-site at the Sunbird HOA main office upon arrival. Parking passes and wristbands must be purchased at the front desk Mon- Fri 8-5pm and after hours from security at the guard shack for $30.00/ pp and wristbands are $6.00/piece (max 4 for this condo- under 12 not required to wear wristbands). Max 1 parking pass for this unit. **

**This property doesn't allow groups of adults age 25 or under, no exceptions. **

Trip with PawPaw and MawMaw

We took our teenage grandaughter stayed at Sunbird which we thought was the perfect location. Our room had an excellent view of the ocean and the white sandy beach was just gorgeous!! We had the best time and the room was perfect. Thank you for making our trip very memorable❤

Great Gulf getaway

This fifth floor condo offers great gulf views for a Spring Break getaway. Full kitchen, cable tv, private pools & sun deck. Active by day, quiet by night. Will definitely consider again!

Sunbird great Room needs Updated

The room only good point is the great view. It was not clean, it had numerous broken blinds in both. It’s very run down and need a complete update. Not sure why you pay clean up fee? The support was excellent from Realjoy.

Cleaning service

Didn’t know that construction was going on and I think I ran over a nail in the parking lot. The cleaning service didn’t come to clean the room until after we checked in. We had to leave for an hour while he cleaned.

HORRIBLE!!! Drove 10 hours and turned around went back home . Construction on building and our balcony was completely closed off ! Totally disappointing!! Spoke with several people within the property requesting a refund. We will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Beautiful place, but under construction

The property was beautiful and the condo was actually spectacular, except we couldn’t use the balcony. The fine print did warn us of this, but as you see the first line in the listing says Oceanfront Balcony. I would definitely check on the balcony situation prior to staying, and also, I would not take children to this resort until construction is over. It is everywhere… elevators, condos, parking lot…. Also, it was hard to get in touch with management. I did get a refund, as we found another place to stay.

Great condo, bad HOA

The condo was very nice. It was only 1 bedroom, so it was small, but had room for everything we needed, and it was very clean. Maybe it was in the small print, but it was a surprise to pay $30 for a parking placard, so we could park where we were staying. Also, we had to pay $10 each for an armband so we could prove we were staying there--this was $50 for what should have been included in the fees and given to us, but the HOA is out to make their own money, I guess. Also, beach service is not included and we were charged $40 per day for it. Everything else about the condo was very nice, but the gouging did not leave a good taste in our mouths

Disappointed and frustrated.

First I’ll start by saying there where no clear instructions on anything. Secondly, we were not made aware that the balcony we specifically booked this room for was closed off like ugly red tape all over the window which also obstructed any view you hoped to get from inside the condo. The entire place stunk. Like someone closed all the door and chain smoked inside. The property manager did not care at all. There was a leak coming from who knows where that kept the carpet in the bedroom soaked. Just overall this was a let down. The location is literally the only thing this place has going for it. Would not recommend.

Nice location but has a roach problem

My stay was going good with the exception of the first evening. On 3 different occasions the first night I went to use the bathroom and looked down to see a small roach crawling around the floor. I killed it and overnight I entered the bathroom on two more occasions and noticed the same thing with the addition to one crawling on the top of the toilet tank as well as the floor. I found a can of roach spray under the kitchen sink and sprayed it along the base of the bathroom floor that finding lets me know that this is not the first time for this issue. That morning I saw another crawling in the kitchen counter. I text Real joy through the communication number and told them about it and expressed to them that I do not want to take any of these pest home with me inside of my luggage and asked if someone could come spray the unit while we were out on the beach. I was told by real job that eve that someone had come and sprayed the unit. Needless to say I continued to see and kill roaches for the duration of my stay in the condo which had me on edge the entire time. I know it’s a rental, however there need to be some exterminating done in between renters because the condo has a roach problem. I had to shake out my family and my clothes and bag them up prior to packing up in hopes not to bring any of the critters home with us! It’s spacious and in a good location, but I could not enjoy it fully because I was afraid of getting crawled on by roaches or them getting into our food.

Great location, but condo was a disappointment.

Where do I start...the location is prime. Oceanview and lots of balcony space and close proximity to restaurants and shopping places are a plus for me, but when I book places for trips I'm expecting to stay in something super nice and clean especially when you are paying cleaning fees and all other fees they add to the quote. Our condo was stale smelling, bathroom smelled of urine, furniture smelled old not to mention the damp feel to it, the carpet was beyond me and i wonder if it has ever been cleaned. To charge a cleaning fee and early check in fees is RIDICULOUS when you arrive to a room you plan to spend 5 days at and it looks and smell like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. It's very outdated and the owners or whoever is in charge should consider a deep clean. It's 1 bedroom 1 bath condo with kitchen, living room and dining table for 4 so it shouldn't be that hard to maintain and keep clean for visitors especially the price they charge. Of course I brought my own cleaning supplies because if I hadn't my family and I would have been very uncomfortable with the smell of the room, so we turned the air down to 74/75 and open the balcony door to at least get some fresh air flowing through the room, oh and let me not forget the curtains or whatever they are called on the windows and sliding door was missing in the living room and bedroom so if I wanted to sleep in I couldn't because the sun is beaming in my face because the slide curtains was missing pieces and it didn't slide all the way, not to mention I found those pieces in the bedroom closet on the floor. I could go on and on but I came here to enjoy the beach getaway with my family. I did call Realjoy Property to inform, left a message,no return call but I didn't have time to harass or keep calling about my room because it should have been clean and ready for us before our stay. I have pictures but no option to post them.
