Located on a central and quiet street in Holmes Beach, A Shore Thing has everything you need for a dream vacation. Your group can explore the island on the bikes included with the rental or ride just 3 blocks to the beach where you'll find powder white sand and blue waters. If you decide to spend a day by the pool, you will never have to leave the comfort of the spacious ground floor patio with so much space for everyone. Adirondack chairs, chaise loungers and even a hanging bed swing are awaiting you at this ultimate retreat. There's also an outdoor sofa, cable TV and poolside refrigerator for all your drinks and snacks!

Back inside take the elevator up to the main living area. The aqua blue decor has been carefully selected to help you soak up the island atmosphere. The kitchen offers all new appliances, a double oven and beautiful granite island with seating. The dining room table seats 6 people and another table just outside on the porch will seat 8. Make up a batch of frozen drinks in the margarita maker and watch the sunset afterglow from the front porch!

On this main living level you will find cable TV in every room. The Queen bedroom has an attached full bath which is also accessible from the hall. Kids will love the bunk room with a queen over queen sturdy bunk bed plus additional twin day bed. There are plenty of sleeping arrangements for everyone on your trip, including a queen pull-out sleeper sofa!

The king size master suite is a relaxing retreat located on the entire third floor. It offers a walk-in closet and 3 piece bathroom suite with rain shower, double vanity and oversized tub. The elevator will allow you easy and convenient access to all 3 levels of this fun and beautiful home!

^Please keep in mind that residential elevators are advertised as a convenience only. If the elevator becomes inoperable for any reason, the stairs will be only way to access the living area of the home.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO

At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee. We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.

Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.

PET POLICY:

We are DOG FRIENDLY! A fee of $150 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing.

3 pets maximum unless granted an exception. Weight limit of 75 lbs maximum per pet.

Due to property insurance policies and liability concerns NO dangerous breeds or aggressive animals are allowed. The following breeds (purebred or crossbred) are not permitted:

Pit Bull, Akita, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chows, Any Wolf-dog hybrid, Any other dog that has been known to have bitten anyone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!

Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels.

Anna Maria Island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
