Waterfront Lake house on Lake Martin

A beautiful well appointed lake house that sleeps 12 and includes 309 feet of waterfront on Lake Martin. Breezy Point, “Our Piece of Paradise”, brings everyone together for fun and relaxation, whether by the lake, boating, fishing, relaxing on the dock, visiting the nearby golf course, or just sitting on the spacious wrap around deck.
The house is designed with a spacious open living area that combines the kitchen, dining, and living room for comfort and entertaining. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.

Kitchen - fully furnished with pots, pans, dishes, intensive, and linens: appliances include French door refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, double oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and toaster oven. Also, includes a pantry, large island with 5 burner gas stove, and large sink.
Dining table with 4 chairs and Island with 3 bar stools
Living Room -lakeside wall to wall windows with spectacular views of Lake Martin, gas fireplace, oversized sectional sofa, smart television, and leather recliner. The double doors open onto a wrap around deck with a Bid Green Egg for grilling.
Wrap-around porch-seating includes wooden rockers, love seat, and two chairs with ottomans, and a 4 person high top table with chairs. Stairs lead down to back yard and dock.
Boat Dock-large dock includes table, chairs, rubber bumpers, cleats, and evening lighting.
Rental does not include boat rental. You may rent a boat or bring your own and dock on side of pier.
Our Family lake house is designed to allow family and friends a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the lake life.

A separate $500 deposit is required to be paid with the contract signing.

We love this place and the location on the lake. Two years in a row now for our big family vacation and planning a third! Love the house and the dock. Perfect to just relax or enjoy the lake by boat or jet ski.

Great place for the family

Several nice areas to hang out at the water, on the deck or inside. A second full size fridge is very convenient. Three nice bedrooms each with a full bathroom. Owner is very responsive with communications. No WiFi but great Verizon signal made that a non issue for us.

Be aware before you book

I wanted to share a couple things for future guests. There is NO WIFI. I did not see this noted in the listing. There is a SECURITY SYSTEM. The security system was not active when we arrived but was activated when my family was trying to shut the door to the back deck, it has a complicated handle that was acting up. The alarm went off and the sheriff came to the house, we were never told there was an alarm. The host collected a $500 DEPOSIT VIA VENMO. This made me a little nervous, and turns out I should have been. When we left we did all items required by check out, I was told by the host a day or two later with a blurry photo that there was a small marker stain on the couch. We did not make the stain and did not have markers, honestly we didn't really use the couch. I shared this with the host, who told me too bad and charged me $250 for the marker stain to clean the whole couch. I had no recourse, because the deposit was collected by Venmo. If you rent this home, be aware to take photos and note any damage to the house when you arrive. The host will charge you, even if you didn't make the damage.

Our VRBO listing does not state there is WIFi and the Wi-Fi box listing is not checked. We do have an alarm system on the home, the tamper alarms on doors are always active and monitored. The alarm was not set, but if door is tampered with the tamper alarm will alert the alarm company of possible break in. The door isn’t complicated to operate, it was just an error in operation. Also, our listing states that we have a separate $500 security deposit which is fully refundable per no damage or loss to the home. We have rented our lake home for the past two summers and this is the first time the tamper alarm has ever been set off. Also, this is only time we had to keep a portion of the deposit for damage to the house. Our cleaning person takes pictures after each renter and reports any damage to us. The sofa was not damaged prior to your arrival. I attached two pictures of the damage. We pride ourselves in taking good care of our lake home and trust that our renters will do the same.

Peaceful and Beautiful

The pics are perfect and really you can't capture the astonishing lakeview serenity!! It’s so much better in person! The home is tip top shape and clean. Kid friendly as well!
