Family graduation getaway

Our family of 8 adults had a great time at this 2br/2bath VRBO. We were a little concerned because the property was on a commercial street but it was definitely not a problem! The property is fenced and very private and secure. The yard has plenty of seating, a place to eat,bbq, a very nice hot tub, corn hole game and a putting area. The seating and hot tub area was under a pergola/roofed area so we were able to enjoy it in the middle of the day.Now for the inside...plenty of seats, plenty of comfortable beds, extra blankets, lots of towels, a washer and dryer, keurig coffee pot and lots of pods. We ate out mostly but kitchen was equipped for cooking. Back to location, you are about a block from a wonderful bakery (Estrellita) that we visited twice! Excellent glazed donuts and lots of other tasty treats. Very close to other restaurants BUT they all seemed to close early... We also heard music one night and walked around the block which turns residential and found a house having a party!Thank you to Tom for having the temperature low so we were all cool and for providing such a fun home away from home.

Comfortable Stay

Everything about this place exceeded expectations. The photos hardly do it justice! Spotlessly clean everywhere, stainless appliances, comfy beds - even the shampoo and conditioner in the shower were nice! The host was very easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. I can't recommend this place higher.

Nice Visit with local Family

This place was perfect for us. We came to visit my father who is a Tucson resident and he is in his declining years. We spent every day just hanging out in the yard with him and we had a great visit. The neighborhood is in a commercial area which was odd only when you first show up.

Great space and amenities.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was clean and spacious. Super pet friendly, which was important for us. The kids really enjoyed outdoor area. Location was only thing that I would give it 4 stars, because it wasn’t located in residential location.

We all Loved are stay. Nice clean and affordable. Had everything my family need. Nice big space for more family to come over and visit well we were in Tucson Arizona. We will recommend this place.

Very comfortable. Especially liked the small outdoor area with Gazeebo for BBQ and Seating for several, Hot Tub Gazeebo, 4 hole putting green and chipping greens. Managers very responsive to simple problems we brought up.

Home was very clean. All beds were comfortable. Backyard is so nice and comfortable to enjoy time with family and friends. Owner had great communication. I will definitely be staying again.

Great place to stay.

Tom's place is a really nice place to stay, very comfortable and you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Easy check in, great communication, privacy and it is located in a safe area, a couple of interesting “local” restaurants around. 100% recommended. We'll definitely be back. The house was sparkly clean and comfortable, It has enough space and beds for a big family and the Hot Tub worked perfectly, excellent after a day of walking/hiking around Tucson.

Property was as advertised.

Everything was great! House was great, clean, and as expected. Love the fact that there is a gate on the privacy fence to allow you to pull your car in beside the house instead of leaving it “out”. Pulling out into the road can be a bit tricky during peak busy times but overall, it’s not bad. Loved the kitchen with all the utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans.…basically, everything by you would need. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Clean Place

Let me start with saying the place was very clean and well stocked. A couple of things is location, make sure you understand from owner where it is located. The pictures are accurate and communication was great. Very close to airport in a mixed residential / industrial area. The hot tub was awesome but is on a major street and a little noisy. We had problems with getting hot water and also no ice maker or trays, but that may be a COVID issues.

Great Rental Property for family & furry companions

The property was as advertised. The property was well stocked, had ample room for larger families, and had a great fenced-in back yard for dogs. The area was quiet as well. I will definitely look to rent this property again in the future. Great job! Mel
