For a nominal fee, enjoy access to luxe amenities such as two pools, professional-grade golf courses, tennis courts, an equestrian center, boat and bike rentals, and a fitness center.

LIVING AREA

The sunny living area features a 50” flat-screen TV and ample plush furnishings.

KITCHEN & DINING

Create delectable meals in the pristine kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and plenty of cookware.

Keep the chef company at the two-person kitchen bar. When it’s time to eat, gather at the eight-person table.

BED & BATH

This home sleeps up to eight guests between the three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Sleep soundly in the peaceful master suite, which offers a king-size bed, 40” flat-screen TV, and deck access. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is configured with a full-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The third bedroom is furnished with two twin-over-twin bunk beds and a 36” smart TV. The third bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The spacious deck overlooks the 4th fairway of the Ocean Winds Golf Course. Fire up the gas grill for an afternoon cookout. The deck features plenty of cushioned seating among the gorgeous shade trees.

Amenities can be accessed for an added daily fee of $25 per group or a weekly fee of $150 per group. Seabrook Island amenities include a year-round indoor pool and a seasonal outdoor pool, two professional-grade golf courses, tennis courts, an equestrian center, boat and bike rentals, a fitness center, and on-island restaurants.

Parking is available for three cars in the driveway.

This single-story home is accessed via four steps at the entryway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
