Located at the heart of Seaside Heights. Close to the beach, boardwalk and Pierside Amusement Center & Water Park. This unit (unit #2) is newly constructed and is now available.

Our beautifully decorated beach apartment will make you feel relaxed after a long day of outdoor fun.

** Beach Badges **
Don’t waste time and money waiting on line to get beach badges. 4 beach badges are included for your convenience and enjoyment. Children 11 and under are free.

No need to stress about packing extras on vacation. All bed and bath essentials are included with fully equipped kitchen.

*** Added Entertainment
Roku Smart TV with Hulu + Live TV subscription (HBO, Sports, Showtime, Disney & Stars included). You can also sign in with your Netflix or Amazon Prime account.

*** Outdoor Space
Outdoor Rear Deck Space is shared (2nd Floor) with picnics tables. Please clean up after using the outdoor space.

*** Build with comfort in mind
Newly constructed apartment complete with central air conditioning and heating system.

*** Build with Security and convenience in mind
Outdoor security camera with electronic key-less smart lock for easy access. A new random code for unit access will be generated at every new guest check-in .

*** Guest access
You will have full access to the entire apartment with one parking permit tag good for street parking near the property. Please do not park at Ocean Terrace, on the beach block or city parking lot with the Tag, it's not covered and will be ticketed. Paid parking lot are also available nearby.

The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting.

Rear 2nd fl deck is a shared space to enjoy with your friends and family.

If you are traveling with big group of friends or family members, there are other units on this property that will accommodate more people. Please contact us for more info.

All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes.

Please note that if any of our policies are violated, you may be asked to leave without refund.

We provide essentials such as bed linen, bath towels and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and other beach essential for beach use.

Please follow our house rule so all guests can enjoy their vacation. Thank you and welcome to our beach house.

Cute place

I took my daughter and a couple of her friends. It was a great location and easy to get to. Place was clean and quaint. Had everything we needed. I recommend.

Our family had a wonderful stay here--The apartment was spacious, laundry was a huge plus, it was close to everything, the list goes on...we can't wait to plan our next trip back!

Too nice to share.

This place is a gem. Shared hallway, laundry room and patio area. New and renovated room. Snooki Shop is below.

I was having a hard time looking for a place to stay at the shore, i am very picky when it comes to staying at places outside of my home. We stay at this property from July 18 until the weekend. The place is so beautiful, cozy, very clean which is my favorite part, and very secure. we all loved it. Is like 5 min walk to the boardwalk. Like if i forgot something i would like go right back and get it no problem, is that close! This property meat all of my expectations and more. Next time i come to the shore this would definitely be my place to stay.

Best time!

We had the best time! Would definitely come back! We had 6, 3 girls 3 guys, and we did have to use an air mattress but the washer and dryer was so convenient and how close we were to everything was awesome! We really enjoyed ourselves!

Great unit and location for family fun

I'm a first time user of Vrbo or any online housing search so I wasn't sure what to expect. The unit was exactly as advertised. It was only a block away from the boardwalk in Seaside Heigjts which is where we spent most of our time. The 4 beach passes and parking pass were wonderful to have included. We went to the beach almost every day for at least a little while. The outside shower was handy to rinse off before going into the unit. We hardly had to use out vehicle while there. Our 2 teenagers had a great time. I would recommend this property to others looking for a nice family getaway.

Seaside Heights Coastal Chic

This property was awesome! It is clean and well maintained. Check in/out could not have been easier and communication with owner was just enough...we knew we could ask for help if needed, but they weren't overbearing. Location to the beach cannot be beat. After a long day in the sun, it was such a short walk back. We loved it here and will definitely rent again! Thank you!

Always want a property by the beach. Great Location nearby restaurants, boardwalk and beach.

Once you park the car, you can literally walk to anywhere in town. No dragging luggage, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs etc. Supermarket, convenience store and pharmacy are very close by. Many good restaurants are also within walking distance. You can also take the sky ride to the main attractions.
