Welcome to the Beach Block Retreat, ideally located on the quiet north end of Seaside Heights! Experience your perfect beach getaway in this charming 2-level, 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo. Accommodating up to 4 guests, the condo is just 1 block from the renowned Seaside Heights beach and boardwalk, making it an ideal destination for family vacations or a fun retreat with friends.
Enjoy the convenience of 4 seasonal beach badges ($220 value) and off-street parking for 1 vehicle.
The space:
This beach block condo is a bright and stylish 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat just steps from the shore. It combines modern conveniences with coastal charm to create a welcoming space. Accommodating up to 4 guests, the condo features 2 queen beds, freshly laundered blankets, sheets and bath towels.
Enjoy complimentary amenities such as 4 seasonal beach badges ($220 value), Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella, as well as a fully stocked kitchen with K-cups, tea, sugar, creamer, and essential toiletries like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a hairdryer, and an iron/ironing board. Wi-Fi is also available, making it ideal for remote work.
Simply unpack and relax in this well-appointed home that offers all the comforts of home to ensure a stress-free and enjoyable stay!
Guest access:
This condo is located in a condominium building and some spaces are shared with other condo owners. Guests have access to a private deck connected to the front of the condo with dining area and BBQ grill. 4 seasonal beach badges are provided($220 value).
Off street parking for 1 vehicle in the parking lot is provided. If additional parking needed, guests must utilize street parking (Paid municipal parking is enforced from April 1st to October 31st. Parking is free November 1st to March 31st).
Other things to note
-We do not accept any prom, graduation, event groups, or third-party bookings. We accept families and adult couples/groups. The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be staying on the property for the entire length of stay. You may not book on behalf of someone else.
-To abide by local legal requirements, you may be asked to complete a secure verification portal by providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirming your contact information and sharing the purpose of your stay. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
-By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you may be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed verification steps in our guest portal.
We ask that you please review and understand all house rules before requesting to book.
