This tranquil location is just minutes from Margaritaville Resort, close to all major wedding venues, lakeview dining, shopping & restaurants. Our 2br/2ba condo is fully furnished for a quick weekend getaway or a long-term stay. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the peaceful back patio or stroll the walking paths with deer roaming freely. Lakeside dining is available in Walden at the Yacht Club or Breakwater Grille. Café on the Green is just steps away for lunch or dinner and has live music frequently on the weekends. There is so much that Lake Conroe has to offer. We hope your stay is a wonderful experience and you'll stay with us again.

Super comfortable!

I was in town for a conference at Margaritaville Resort! It was nice to have a quiet and comfortable place to relax in! And super close to the resort!

Perfectly location near everything, easy drive! Host and neighbors are awesome!

Location, communication (with host), neighbors, neighborhoods, all top notch!! We were welcomed so graciously not only to Texas but the lovely neighbors in our complex. This was a fantastic stay and we were so impressed with the host, the cleanliness and specifically the location of this condo! It has everything from, eating, arts, entertainments and sports just an easy drive away!! Texas rocks!

Very nice property. Kitchen very small if you are a chef. Needs knife sharpener. Great if you plan to eat in restaurant. Still doable if you like to cook but need to creative.

Golf Tournament

It’s sometimes hard to find a 2 bed 2 bath location for 2 couples. This place nails it and we walked next door to the clubhouse. Had all necessary amenities and will definitely rent again for next year’s tournament.

Great property!

When we walked in the door, we immediately knew we had made the right choice. The place was very clean and well stocked for our visit. The bottled water waiting for us was a nice treat, particularly with the high heat outside. The townhome is away from the street so quiet at night and still an easy walking distance to Cafe on the Green for dinner. The host was very responsive with any questions we had. We will definitely keep this property on our list for future stays.

Great Snowbird Stay

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our snowbird stay. Being on the #1 fairway and walking distance to the Walden clubhouse and driving range was a BIG plus. Michelle and Jarad were wonderful hosts who always responded quickly with support. We highly recommend them and their condo!

Relaxing Getaway Spot

Jarad and Michelle was available for our calls and the area was nice and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely visit again. Everything looked just like the pictures, the furniture was comfy and cozy. My daughter and family friend had a pleasant visit.

great golf property

Play every year in a golf tourney at Walden GC. this location can't be beat! The essentials were well stocked ( kitchen & bath supplies). Only thing missing was a skillet in the kitchen.

Amazing hosts with stellar communication

This is a great property for a short-term or long-term stay. We stayed a month waiting to get into our home and Jared & Michelle were beyond gracious with the first-day welcome, mid-month housekeeping refresh and check out process. Super clean and great amenities. They have a brand new washer too :) Cool restaurants nearby and if you want to go out on the lake Einstein's boat rentals is just around the corner with fabulous rates. Enjoy! Tracy

Great Location

Easily the most painless property I've stayed at yet. Most have intricate details on how they would like the property left and this has about three simple things asks of their guests. Excellent location on the course, adjacent to the clubhouse, and across from the driving range. My wife and I will be using this property again when we visit family in the Conroe area.
