Welcome to our BRAND NEW modern Durham Home, born in 2022 this beauty was born to please . Featuring 3 bedrooms one being a master with an en suite. Our vision with this property was always clear, we wanted to combine all our favorite features and memories from various Airbnb, Vrbo and vacation home stays around the world under one roof. We hope that we have accomplished just that, and we are always grateful for any recommendations and tips that could help us further achieve this goal.

Private parking for *2 cars* on our gravel lot behind the home !

We recently added a new and comfortable Pack n play with an extra mattress, a high chair , and an infant bath . To aid with our traveling parent guests , something we truly appreciated during our travels !

The lights in the kitchen were amazingly bright and beautiful. But, there were no spoons. Lol. I am familiar with the Raleigh - Durham area so that helped in knowing that these homes we in an okay neighborhood and close to the airport.A few things you should know, you park in the back and go up 5 stairs to the porch then all the bedrooms are upstairs. 16 steps.

As a frequent business traveler, I sometimes want the feel of home away from home, and the Modern Durham Retreat for the bill. The host was very kind, gracious, and quick to respond. The kitchen had all the necessities of home for cooking. The beds were comfortable, and the quick responses of the host was a reminder of what customer loyalty is all about. Great property!

3 generations of women had a great weekend stay, touring the local museums and the fantastic bakeries and farmers market. Our host was great and the property was a perfect fit for our trip. Had everything you could want! Highly recommend.

Great location close to Duke University. It was a great weekend moving my daughter back onto Duke campus with a home away from home for the evenings. Very well stocked with all you might need.

Beautiful Place

Wonderful place to stay, clean, close to Durham and Chapel Hill. Richard was great to work with responses were fast and accurate. Definitely recommend and we would stay there again.

Enjoyable Stay

This place is exactly as advertised. We stayed for a baseball showcase and it was perfect for our family. It had all the amenities you would need and if anything is forgotten I am sure the host thought of it and you can find it at the house. The welcome snack basket was a huge hit with my kids! The beds were comfy, rooms were clean, more than enough space for a family of 4, and private! Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Great place for a weekend stay for a wedding. Had everything that we needed. Check in and check out process was easy. Had a bit of trouble with the lock on the back, but figured it out with the detailed directions. Would stay here again
