This newer first floor condo, nearly in the dead center of the famous entertainment district, carries interior beach charm. It is located 1 block from beach access #6 with ramp access. Just steps away from Padre Boulevard.

All of your island favorites are just a short walk: Laguna Bob's Louis Backyard, Cloud Nine, D'Pizza, Tequila Sunset, The Meatball Cafe, Wingstop, Dairy Queen, The Painted Marlin, and many clothing shops.

Enjoy the newly revamped pool and hot tub!! 400MB/S Internet! Apple TV!

Master bedroom includes a queen-size bed. Bedroom 2 also includes a queen-size bed. Living room has a pull-out full-size sofa sleeper.

The condo has approximately 800 square feet of living space and includes a small pool in the back. This pool is perfect to unwind after a day at the beach. It is intended for families and is not a place for large parties. This pool is shared by the four units. There is also a private entrance to the pool from your rear patio area!

A full-size washer/dryer is located in the condo unit.

The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, and bakeware sufficient to cook a homemade meal if desired. We also provide several beach accessories and toys for you to use during your stay.

Perfect location

It’s right in the middle of everything I loved it ! My kids loved it ! was so comfortable and relaxing, very clean and everything we needed was already provided . it was a perfect mini getaway! Can’t wait to go back and stay there again .

Great Location

This condo is in a great location! We walked everywhere we needed to go. Kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need to eat in. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning works great. Would stay here again.

Wonderful home

This was the perfect size for my little family for vacay. Although we are super close to water within walking distance. We did opt to drive down to a more private location instead of right in front of all the condos there. Really loved our stay

Girls Trip

We stayed at this property for a girls trip in South Padre. Great location for easy access to night life, beach, and shops. We were on the bottom floor which was convenient for accessing the pool. Worked perfect to accommodate our group of 3. We would book again in the future!

Clean and nicely located.

Clean condo, we’ll appointed, comfortable beds. Manager answered promptly and small problems were addressed quickly and satisfactorily. Pool is shared with 3 other condos and there was quite a bit of noise from the upstairs renters.

Had several issues regarding safety issues with gate and health and safety issues with conditions of the pool that were sent to the host upon arrival. I had communicated with them all day the day after our arrival and asked them to please come out to the property and address the issues, this did not happen and none of my concerns we addressed the entire 4 day that I was there.

Girls getaway

Condo is cute but it does need some deep cleaning and some upkeep. Me , my self is in hospitality business so I’m more critical of my surroundings! Management was very responsive to our problem. Just wish the HOA did better job of taking care of the pool and the bit of grass!

We walked every evening. Everything needed to start our day (coffee) was available. There was a keurig and a coffee maker with available supplies. Everything we needed was in walking distance. The girls enjoyed the beach and the pool as we did. The condo was nice, cozy and clean. They had puzzles and games which was nice. We had fun family time and kept the girls entertained. Hope to go back again.

Pike Street Condo

This condo on Pike Street is close to two beach access locations. The condo was very neat and clean. Rooms are small but doable. Nice pool with hot tub behind building. P.S. There is no dishwasher.

Needs a little TLC but location was amazing

The blinds in the master suite were terrible and some slats missing. I'm very light sensitive so that made sleeping a challenge. The floor was also VERY slick with some kind of polish on the tile. The only other thing was that the hot tub didn't work...still enjoyed the pool this, very refreshing and clean!

Annual Fall Beach Trip

My friend and I have been going to Padre for 30 plus years. This was the 1st condo we stayed in and we’ll be back. Kitchen was well supplied to cook anything you want. Bedding was soft and comfy. I chose the guest room as it had a firmer mattress and that was my preference. My friend didn’t mind the master. We didn’t use the pool as we preferred the beach and it is very close by. We had a couple rainy days and on those days I was wishing we had a balcony looking over the beach but we can check that out for another trip. Manager was very quick to respond to text questions. Also the wagon to carry items to the beach was great! Thank you for a nice place!

Family relaxing and having fun

I have been taking care of aging parents, so my husband and two grown daughters came to rejuvenate me!!! Much love was needed!!! We had a great time ….reminiscing and laughing!!! Great therapy!!!

Great Location

Great location with easy access to bay or gulf side. Has some beach toys, chairs, and wagon - wish I would have known before our drive down, as we brought all of that too. Loved our time here and would rent again.

Location, location, location. This condo is in the center of all of the action with most of the best the island has to offer in short walking distance. It's also on the beach side so you will have a short (one block) walk to the beach.
