Beautiful, peaceful home surrounded by mature landscape on 6 acres. 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms. Large gourmet kitchen open to the spacious dining room. Screened lanai with heated pool. Sprawling yard and tons of privacy! Located just minutes from Crystal River. For your safety there is a Ring camera at the front door and a security camera in the pool area. The cameras are only accessed if there is a problem on the property.

Great Location

Beautiful pool and lanai, quiet, well stocked kitchen and ample room for everyone! Had a wonderful time at Crystal River and great meals at two local restaurants.

Great home and location

This is a comfy house with all you need to disconnect and get together with your loved ones; highly recommended for large family gatherings; it is awesome; property owners are always responsive and willing to make your stay great.

Great location

Great location for lots of things to do. Hopefully you are good with technology to figure out light switches and microwave oven, but spend lots of time poolside with your loved ones and it will be worth it!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

What a beautiful piece of property! This home is inviting, spacious, comfortable, well-stocked and absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of room for our large family and very close to lots of springs! Our boys also enjoyed using the pool each day! Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

Great rental for large groups vacationing in Crystal River.

Wonderful property, great location and beautiful house. Fit 14 of us very comfortably. Approximate 10 minute drive to Crystal River and approximate 20 minute drive to boat ramp in Crystal River.

Private and relaxing

We absolutely loved our stay . The location was great and the pool was perfect. Hosts were so friendly ! We did have a few palmetto bugs and ants but that is The cost of staying in the woods :) This property was so great it has made us look in the area for retirement !

Perfect Location and Great Property

This location did not disappoint our family of 8. It is close to Crystal River, Homossassa, and Dunleon making it accessible to a variety of activities. However, the property is 6 acres of solitude complete with pool and basketball area. Our family enjoyed our time there immensely and look forward to many trips back to stay in the future.

Family reunion

This kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. One of the best stocked I have seen. There were plenty of beds, and everyone said the bed they slept in was quite comfortable. The dining area provided enough space that we could all fit. We all enjoyed our stay.

Great place for a family get together

The home was just as advertised in the listing. It had plenty of space for our group, which included 10 adults and a few kids. The pool was wonderful and the kitchen was well stocked. The digital lock made it easy for everyone to come and go as needed. And the property manager answered our questions with very quick responses. We would definitely stay here again.

Great house for a family

The house and grounds were spacious and convenient to Crystal River points of interest and grocery store and restaurants. The set up of rooms was a little odd with only one bedroom having its own bathroom that was far superior to the rest. Worked perfectly for us because we had a matriarch and patriarch for that room. Loved the pool and large kitchen and living room and huge outdoor spaces where we could all hang out together. Quick responses to questions. Thank you!

Perfect for large groups!

Pete's property sits on several acres of woodland, so you're quite secluded and by yourself, which is nice! It's several miles from pretty much anything, so you're always driving places if you want to go somewhere, but the roads themselves are nice if you want to get out for a walk while you're there. The bedrooms are amply sized, and there is plenty of room to socialize around the dining room table (with seating for eight, and with a separate high top table for four), and in the TV room. The kitchen was VERY well stocked in terms of cooking equipment and utensils, plates, condiments, etc. The pool was a delight (even in January), and there is ample seating outside for groups to hang out and chat. The laundry facilities and the dishwasher were key (we had a party of seven and those made life much easier). As a host, Pete is super-responsive and a pleasure to deal with. That said, the house has a few quirks: There is a half step down from the kitchen to the back two bedrooms, which might be a surprise for anyone who uses a walker or a cane, and then from there there's *another* step down into one of the bedrooms. Those slight steps are unexpected and take some getting used to. That particular bedroom also appears to have been a movie theater at one point, so it has no windows and no closet (or chest of drawers in which to put clothes). The queen sized bed in that room is very comfortable (no one used the other two beds in that room), but anyone sleeping there will have no notion of when the sun is coming up (all the other bedrooms are quite well lit with natural light). All in all, Pete's house worked out very well for our family reunion!

Great place for a big family gathering

Our large family group stayed at this house for Thanksgiving. Our elderly parents, my two siblings and their families, 13 in total. There was plenty of room to spread out and for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was perfect for preparing our Thanksgiving meal and plenty of seating space at the two dining room tables. We very much enjoyed the privacy of the property, the pool and basketball hoop. We had a great stay!

Family Retreat

This is a great property for an extended family to use as a base for exploring all that Crystal River and the surrounding area has to offer. The home is spacious, with the master suite on one end of the house, and the other bedrooms on the other side. The large kitchen is well equipped and stocked with necessities. Great pool and outdoor area!

Plenty of Space

Big house on a big secluded lot. Plenty of space and bedding for many people. Great pool and too many amenities to list here. Would definitely stay again. Excellent communication with the Owner is a plus! Thanks for the great stay!
