Welcome to the perfect spot to experience everything Music City has to offer!!! Located in the heart of East Nashville, it's a short walk to plenty of bars, restaurants, and boutiques to fill a long weekend.

We're a super quick and cheap Uber/Lyft across the river to Downtown to take in our countless Honky Tonks and bars in the Broadway district.

We'd love to be "home base" for your stay, and as native Nashvillians, we're more than happy to help you get the most out of your time in our city!!!

Bachelorette Party

This property was amazing! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The property was very clean and stocked fully with linens, towels, and so many kitchen supplies. This amazing property allowed my group and I to have such a fun and stress free trip. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect for large party girl getaway

This property was perfect! plenty spacious for 10 women. Decorated so cute, so spacious! Fully stocked with more than you could need! The host was very kind and helpful if we needed anything he was super responsive. Easy to travel downtown and quiet surrounding areas. Very nice balcony’s! And plenty of photo ops. This rental is a 10!

Bachelorette Party

We had a great stay at Matt’s place! He was available and helpful for the questions we had. The house was plenty big for our group of 12. It’s decorated perfectly for a Nashville girls’ weekend. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend !

Great place in a convenient location

Home was fun, quirky design, comfortable, spacious, and in a super convenient location to everything from the Opry to downtown. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Bachelorette trip for my daughter

This was a very beautiful home and was perfect for my daughter's wedding party to come and stay for her bachelorette party weekend! Everything was wonderful at the home and the beds were very comfortable, too!

Great house

We all enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. The house had everything our group needed. It was immaculate and extremely comfortable. A very easy 5 minute ride to Broadway. When we Go back we would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Matt and see you next time.

Couldn't have been more pleased!!

Everything about this home was perfect! The listing truly doesn’t do it justice! Location is perfect. Just far enough from Broadway but also, just close enough! :) Matt was very available (not that we even needed him) everything was so easy from check in to check out. All the amenities we could possibly need, plenty of space and room to have a little of your own space! Lol! Would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

Amazing place and magnificent host!

Ten of us came to town for a Bruins/Predators game and this house had plenty of space for our large group. Matt was probably the best host I’ve ever worked with. He was super friendly, funny, accommodating, easy to communicate and made us feel right at home. The house and décor are awesome and are perfectly Nashville. The set-up which has the bedrooms on the 1st and 3rd floors and the common areas on the 2nd is great. It allows you to congregate and hang out together but still have your private space. There are plenty of bathrooms for large groups. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen had all the supplies needed to make meals. The area was quiet and safe. There are also several good eateries including a nice breakfast spot within walking distance. Downtown was just a short Uber/Lyft ride away, but far enough away that you could enjoy the quiet. I highly recommend this place.

Great property!

This property was just as advertised! We had everything we needed and communication with Matt was unbelievably easy! The house was big enough for two families, totaling 11 guests. We had plenty of room, cooked in the house multiple times without issue (well stocked with cookware, etc) and had the convenience of laundry and multiple bathrooms! This was a great location for us. No complaints- highly recommend.

Perfect for Bachelorette Parties!

We cannot recommend this house enough! We stayed here for my SIL’s bachelorette party and the house was stunning! Everyone was blown away by the decor. The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty of space for our large group. The kitchen was fully stocked with high quality items, there was an abundance of towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Matt was probably the best host I’ve ever worked with, he was super friendly and very responsive! The neighborhood felt very safe and was a quick drive to downtown Nashville. Thanks for hosting us!

The house is just as gorgeous and fun as it is pictured. It had plenty of room for our party of 9 to sleep and congregate. It was close enough to walk to a few places off the strip, and we highly recommend Hunter Station down the street that has something to eat for everyone. As beautiful as the house was, working with Matt was even better. He was very communicative and helpful through our whole process of renting. We would love to come back and stay here again!

Loved this property!

Great new townhome

This home is decorated and stocked with all the amenities! The Host was great, polite, helpful and went out of his way to make us feel like family and at home during our stay. It is very close to downtown without being there.
