Cabin was nice and clean only reason for my rating if you have someone in a wheelchair who absolutely cannot walk or get out on their own the only place they can go once walking in is the kitchen there are stairs leading everywhere even into the living room and I had asked if living room was accessible and was told it was other than that place was very nice for a big family plenty of room.

We are glad your family enjoyed the roominess of the cabin, but we are truly sorry for the misunderstanding regarding the living room accessibility. Our goal is to be as transparent as possible so guests can plan their stay comfortably. In our previous conversation, I was focused on entry level accessibility to the kitchen and family area and sincerely regret that I didn't clearly communicate the steps leading down into the main living room. We take this feedback seriously. Our property photos and description do include this information including a full home layout in the photo section that shows all the stairs. This will ensure future guests with mobility needs have a perfect understanding of the layout before they arrive. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and wish you and your family the very best.

Beautiful & comfortable home away from home!

This home was absolutely perfect for my family. We loved the location and the views out the picture windows. Comfortable beds and plenty of space for us to gather. We especially enjoyed the sauna and hot tub and the fun game room. Communication was quick and easy with the property manager. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Great Experience

We had a great experience at the Moonridge Mansion. The house was a great size with multiple common areas. The kitchen had plenty of counter space for prepping meals. The host was responsive and quickly supported us with anything we needed.

Exceeded my expectation

Came to stay for a few days for a quick ski trip. This home is amazing! We had an incredible time at this spacious mountain home in Big Bear. The highlight of our stay was the stunning mountain views, which made for a truly memorable experience. The game room was a hit. The hot tub and sauna were the perfect way to unwind after a day of being on the mountain. The home was well equipped with all the necessary amenities and the decor was warm and inviting. House is fully redone and it looks great. We highly recommend this home for families or groups looking for a luxurious mountain getaway.

Loved our stay at this Big Bear house. The House was beautiful, clean and had plenty of space to accommodate our group. Loved the different levels so our kids could be downstairs making noise and we could still visit with adults upstairs. The house is also in a great location to easily get to the different activities we were wanting to do. We will definitely be back, hopefully many times!
