The sliding glass doors open to a covered balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the beauty and splendor of the Gulf of Mexico without leaving the comfort of your beach front cottage. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktail, reading a book or al fresco dining from the balcony furnished with two lounge chairs and a table with seating for four. The fully equipped kitchen will inspire your inner gourmet chef. It features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances plus all the small appliances, utensils and cookware needed to prepare any meal. The dining room seats 6 at the table with seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The unit has a large capacity washer and dryer.

The master bath highlights include a large walk-in shower, jetted garden tub and double vanities. The second bedroom and bath is just as impressive and features two queen size beds, a spacious bathroom with lots of counter space and a tub/shower combination.

The unit is located in the exclusive gated Beach Colony Resort of Perdido Key which sits on 700 feet of fabulous sugar-white sand beach framed by the crystal Gulf of Mexico. The gated community boasts 11 acres of palm-lined drive and beautifully landscaped property. Beach Colon y offers the amenities of a world-class resort: indoor heated pool and hot tub, Har-Tru tennis courts, state-of-the-art fitness center and grilling areas. Beach colony is located on the east end of Perdido Key and a short walk to the pristine National Seashore. An artificial snorkeling reef is located just 500 ft offshore just to the east of the resort. The resort is also convenient to grocery, restaurants, shopping and attractions. The Naval Museum is nearby where the Blue Angels practice over the Gulf. Perdido Key is only 10 minutes from Orange Beach, Alabama. The famous Flora-Bama is 5.5 miles away.
