It features a screened in pool, multiple fireplaces, and floating dock to tie up your boat(s) in a deep water canal with direct access to the Gulf and 3 Sisters Springs. Come here to swim with the manatees, go scalloping, fish in the gulf, kayak or tube down the river, or shop and eat in Downtown Crystal River. The home has over 2,300 sq ft, 3 bedrooms and 3 baths making it a comfortable getaway for any season and occasion.

Great Place - Already planning a return trip!

This house was perfect for my family of 6 adult children and 1 little guy. Bedrooms were big - lots of extra room. Three bathrooms worked out great for so many people! HUGE kitchen with lots of room to store groceries! The fridge was also huge, so LOTS of room for your grocery needs. It was great to have a table that fit all of us. Couch was comfy and large so again had lots of room for everyone to sit. Pool area was wonderful! Enough chairs for people to sit and a shaded area if you didn't want to be out in the elements! There are 3 single person kayaks to go on the river. I highly suggest this rental!!! BTW - we are already planning our return. :)

Clean Quiet property

This was our first VBRO rental. It was very clean and very quiet at this house. Our group was made up of 3 small families. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Also there was more than enough room in the community areas of the house. The owners were very good about communicating with us. We would rent this place again!!

Perfect stay!

This was our 3rd time coming to Crystal River and it was our favorite as far as house rentals go! This home was well stocked with everything you will need for your stay from towels for the pool to everything you can think of in the kitchen! We had 7 adults and 2 kids and there was more than enough room! The ride out to the scallop grounds was easy for our 26’ boat. We loved this stay and will definitely stay again!

Perfect Place for our Annual Scalloping trip

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we have loved it both times. They added in more beds since our first stay which was great for our extended family to pop in and out on the days they were available . This house has everything you could need to be comfortable. Kitchen was stocked and plenty of towels and linens for our 5 day stay. The house is beautifully decorated and the pool area was nice too. We had 2 boats on the dock with no issue. Also the extra lot next door for parking was a life saver with the boat trailers. We have stayed several other places in Crystal River over the years and this by far is the nicest and our favorite. OH and one of the few pet friendly and completely fenced in so that was great too. It does not disappoint!

Great Scalloping Getaway

Nice and quiet home sitting in the back of a canal with easy access to scalloping in crystal river, swimming in the springs, and stopping by some local restaurants on the water.

Excellent House for Scalloping

We loved this property! It was in an excellent location and plenty big enough for 3 families. The owners were quick to respond with any question I had prior to and during the stay! You won’t be disappointed!
