Bienvenidos a Casa Del Rio. Nuestra casa decorada profesionalmente con un distintivo estilo polinesio está ubicada en Crystal Shores, un exclusivo vecindario privado a la salida de Fort Island Trail en Crystal River, FL, y a minutos de la autopista 19. Cuenta con 3 dormitorios completos y una oficina con una cama tamaño queen Murphy. También cuenta con dos baños completos bellamente decoradas. El lujoso baño principal cuenta con una gran ducha con tres cabezales de ducha. Nuestra casa cuenta con una piscina de agua salada, climatizada con energía solar, cocina grande al aire libre con TV de 50 ", cocina gourmet interior, muelle grande, patio cercado, árboles frutales y un entorno de canal bellamente tranquilo. Esta es nuestra "casa del río" y no solo la casa de alquiler de alguien. Estamos orgullosos de cada centímetro de ella. Los muebles son de alta gama para satisfacer gustos sofisticados, con obras de arte originales y un ojo para el detalle. This is our second trip to see the manatees at Crystal River and by far the best! What a beautiful home with all the bells and whistles—pool, six-burner gas range, large ice machine (plus ball ice in the freezer), outdoor kitchen, fruit trees, and more! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home offered so many cozy nooks to spread out and relax. Located on a peaceful stretch of water, it was the perfect setting to unwind. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, the host was very responsive to questions, and the guest book made planning meals and activities effortless. We truly felt at home and would absolutely stay again.

Extremely expansive home with plenty of space not to bump into one another. It was centrally located. Close to restaurants and tours in town. The greatest hidden treasure was the washer and dryer. Won't say where it is! There is a small alligator in the canal. Didn't go paddling..lol! Pool was heated and wonderful to have. The highlight of the trip was the scalloping tour. My son swam for a long period against the waves to gather the scallops cooked by a resturant.Manatee swim was disappointing. Murky water..bumped into one! The only recoomendation was the need for more condiments and seasonings to cook. Excellent place.

We stayed here for our annual friends and family scalloping trip. We brought our 23' Tri-toon. The canal was very shallow at low tide, but the owner gave us instructions on how to come and go so we wouldn't damage anything. Check in was seamless. Teri was very responsive and tried to accommodate us because we arrived earlier than expected. The house was great. Everything was clean. Whatever we needed we had available to us. The pool was fantastic to cool off in the afternoon after a day on the water scalloping. The kitchen was giant, and had anything we needed. The beds were all comfortable. The dock was perfect for our boat, and the fish cleaning area was huge! We also loved the outdoor kitchen area and the grill. We would definitely recommend this house to everyone, and we will most likely stay here again next year.

Great house not so great canal

The house was absolutely beautiful. Beds were extremely comfortable. The pool came in very useful because our day was having to be scheduled around the tides. Canal is extremely shallow at low tide. Chipped the bottom of our hull. We had a deck boat so a flat boat or pontoon would probably be preferable. really close to all the great spots in Kings Bay. host is very accommodating and responsive.

We stayed a full week in Crystal River at this house and couldn’t have been happier. The owners were super nice and easy to communicate with. The location of the house was great, very close to a boat ramp. The beds were comfortable, the AC was solid, the appliances were all great, no complaints at all. Pool was nice and the canal in the back was fun to fish in. Would stay here again!

Crystal River Experience

Property was very nice, beds were all comfortable, kitchen had everything you could need. We had 4 couples and all were happy and had their own bedrooms. We had 2 boats, one 23 foot runabout and one 17 foot flats boat. Plenty of room. Pool was nice and lanai keep out the bugs. We had a great time. Host was very responsive.

Very nice. The canal is navigable at tides above 1'. Pay attention to the tides when planning your boating activities. Stay far right in the canal in bound and left exiting. The home is very charming and well equipped.

Love Crystal River

Always have an absolute blast staying in Crystal River. You can tell the home was recently remodeled fresh and very clean. Everything in the home is very well taken care of and communication with the owner is quick and responsive. The home is well stocked with every you would need to cook. Our only major complaint is the canal is extremely rocky. We have a 26 foot pathfinder and there were multiple times. It was very difficult to navigate due to the water being under 2 feet. The bottom is very rocky and really damaged our boat. At one point, we could not even reach the home because the canal was completely dry across. You have to watch the tides. Only one of the rocks is marked in the channel and thank goodness the neighbors let us know of another one. Unfortunately, there was even more and we took a big chunk at the bottom of our boat.

Absolutely Wonderful!

From the moment we walked in, beautifully decorated but a Very comfortable feeling. Felt Clean & Fresh so Welcoming ! Host -Teri was great-easy to communicate with. Home is stocked with everything you could need. Linens, kitchen bedding. Pool was great! Boat Dock so close, son brought his boat & Jet ski. Great place to stay. Month of April.

First off, the host is wonderful. ( Teri ). Checking in to see if everything was alright with the place and if there was anything we needed. My husband and I came down for the fishing. Sometimes it was good and sometimes not so good but sitting on the dock watching the wildlife go by made up for the bad days. It makes you to sit back and think, this is paradise. There is a lot of activates to do in Crystal River, which our company and I did enjoy. We will be back.

Great accommodations!

The home worked perfectly for our adult friends to try some scalloping as well as our grandchildren when they were there. The pool is definitely an added bonus! Great dock and cleaning station were nice to have too. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great communication with the owner/manager.

Very enjoyable stay!

We really enjoyed staying here for our vacation week. The house was excellent and as described. Very nice pool. We used the dock and supplied kayaks a lot for fishing and manatee viewing. Caught catfish, black drum and mangrove snapper right off the dock. Very quiet neighborhood and location is very close to all local attractions.

Great Getaway

We are two couples who purchased our first property together just up the street from Casa Del Rio (River House) and affectionately named it Casa Del Sol (House of the Sun) in 2015. Having enjoyed our first house, we decided to purchase a second home with the hopes that we would one day retire to Crystal River and have separate homes within walking distance of each other. In the Spring of 2016, we purchased Casa Del Rio and since that time, we have successfully shared both homes with families like our own - people that love nature, getting away from the hustle of daily life and know the importance of family and friends. Through the years, we have definitely experienced ups and downs including two hurricanes that flooded both houses. Although difficult to endure, both times we were able to remodel, update and come back better than before. The homes are our labor of love, that having reached retirement age, we hope to share and enjoy for many, many more years.
