Do you need to unwind? Escape to the quiet of nature? Are you looking for some fishing time? Are you looking for camping without the bugs, with the comfort of
AC, indoor plumbing, a comfy bed, but still able to enjoy the outdoors? Do you have a four legged family member who likes to travel?

If this is you, then we have the lake house at Kerr Lake built for you!

Our home is nestled in the woods outside of Clarksville, VA.

Come and enjoy a quiet stay by the lake. A 4-7 min walk down the path in the back takes you right down to the lake for kayaking, boating and swimming. You can bring your boat and launch it at a nearby ramp.

The streets in the neighborhood and the nearby wildlife management areas and parks offer plenty of places for hiking.

New brick patio added for hanging out during your stay.

The small town community of Clarksville is only minutes away and offers shopping, golf, and restaurants, inclusive of the microbrewery, Buggs Island; seafood house, Bridgewater Bar & Grill; pizza and subs at the Pizza Pub; and breakfast at Michelle's Home Cooking, all favorites of ours!

Our house also offers high speed internet for TV watching or working during your stay. House has exterior Ring cameras.

The house was very very clean. Even though we did not prepare any meals, the kitchen is very well equipped and modern. Beds comfortable. Very quiet and loved waking up to seeing deer in the yard. One tiny suggestion. It would be nice to have tiny bars of bath soap and shampoo supplied in the bathrooms. And maybe the guest towels set out for use. Other than that, I rate this 5 stars

A relaxing stay at Kerr Lake

The property was as advertised. Easy walk to the lake, quiet neighborhood, clean, well-maintained place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole time.

Nice house but furnishings disappointed

The house was new and clean, but lacked some furnishings our family would have preferred. House sleeps 6 but only 4 chairs at dining table and 2 outside chairs. No ice maker in fridge (but 2 trays provided). Cookware was disappointing. Lastly there were cameras outside the home that weren't disclosed in the listing. Enjoyed our stay but wouldn't return. YMMV.

Great stay

The house is exactly as advertised. The area was quiet and peaceful. The house was comfortable, clean, and convenient. We went out and bought some other pillows because the pillows provided were very thin, but that was easily remedied! I would love to stay again.

Fishing tournament

Came in for a bass tournament on the lake so didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but when we where there the house was very nice and relaxing place in the woods.

Hidden Gem

The house appears to be newly built & was very clean and neat. The check in process was very easy. The home came with all needed necessities and, if you have a dog, the fenced in yard is an extra bonus. The house is located in a VERY desirable “private” development. My husband & I have been house hunting in Clarksville & looked at a house in this development—- hard to beat.

Clean and comfortable

The house was very clean and well stocked with all the basic necessities. There was a feeding station and towels for the dog and a fenced in area in the back which was very nice. We enjoyed watching several deer in the yard every day. The check-in process was easy, and the owner was very responsive to questions even before we arrived. I would rent this property again but would bring a pair of sneakers or walking shoes for the trail to the lake and a small battery lantern in case another storm caused a power outage.

Kerr Lake Getaway

Check in was a breeze, location was secluded but minutes to town. Couldn't ask for more. Hope to make this property an annual destination, if not more often.
