Ubicado en Clarksville, Virginia, el único pueblo lacustre de Virginia, y situado en el hermoso lago Kerr de 49,000 acres.

Stillwater es una hermosa casa de 3 pisos, registro de 2.973 pies cuadrados. La casa está ubicada en una cala con vistas al agua desde los tres niveles. Hay una cubierta de madera de 28 'x 12' fuera del nivel principal; A - marco de pared de vidrio, con mesa de picnic / bancos, sillones, mesas ocasionales y parrilla. ¡Desde el nivel del sótano, se sube a la terraza hasta el lago para encontrar un PATIO DE PISO DE VIRGINIA OCCIDENTAL DE 13 'X 28' CON GLIDERS Y FUEGO DE FUEGO! La cama king size / baño a nivel del suelo tiene una ducha y hay una bañera / ducha en el 3er nivel para las dos habitaciones queen.

Hay un televisor de pantalla plana Samsung de 77 "con sistema de sonido envolvente y asientos seccionales en el sótano. También hay una biblioteca de libros y videos en el sótano. Hay otro televisor de pantalla plana en el desván con asientos de dos plazas. También hay una biblioteca en este nivel. Hay canales de Starz, HBO y Cinemax en el paquete Direct TV.

La cocina cuenta con nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable con una barra de 10 'de largo para un área de comedor conveniente además del área de comedor.

Clarksville, a solo minutos de la I-85 en la frontera de Virginia / Carolina del Norte, está convenientemente ubicado a unos 45 minutos al norte de Raleigh, Carolina del Norte, a una hora y media al oeste de Richmond, Virginia, y a tres horas y media de Wahington DC para facilitar el acceso en auto o avión.

Great house for a family vacation at the lake!

We loved staying at Stillwater’s! It had everything we needed and more! We made a nice campfire one night and the kids made s’mores. Easy access to the dock down a nice path. The water was high when we first got there but gradually came down as the week went on. The hot tub is an added bonus! Our host, Ada, was very quick to answer any questions we had and I enjoyed chatting with her. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to any family groups for a great lake vacation!

Excellent place to relax and connect. Cozy home with plenty of space for 4 guys. Loved the fire pit and the big screen to watch the World Series. Definitely would return especially with proximity to Biggs Island Brewery!

Lovely Cabin

Beautifully decorated for a December stay! Charming and cozy cabin. Clean and well stocked with appliances needed for cooking/baking…we are a family that loves to cook! Super quiet neighborhood and convenient to Clarksville. Can highly recommend.

A serene retreat

Our stay was wonderful! The host was exceptionally responsive from day 1 and eager for everything to be perfect. We had an amazing weekend celebrating my daughter’s graduation from college. Everyone enjoyed having the space to enjoy nature, fish from the dock and indulge in conversations in the kitchen and around the fire pit.

Wonderful Stay - Beautiful Cabin!

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 year old, 1 year old and my parents for three nights and were so pleased! It it more beautiful in person. The cabin was spotless, great location, peaceful and serene. Beds were very comfortable and everything was exactly as described. Have nothing but positive things to say about it. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful week staying at Stillwater. The house is very clean and well-maintained. The property is beautiful and we loved the lake. It feels very secluded, yet you are only 15 minutes from a grocery store which is very convenient. Thank you for a peaceful week's stay.

Spacious cabin. Great layout for families!

Great cabin on large lot right on the lake. Perfect spot for my wife and me, three teenaged boys, and a four month old black lab. Loved the huge fire pit, fishing from the dock (though didn't catch anything :-)), and views of nature form the deck, and so much more. Owner - Ada was great work with. Beautiful place/spot!

Great family getaway!

Property was beautiful! There was plenty of space for everyone to gather as well as plenty for us to get away and " settle down". The beds were luxurious and the hot tub glorious. The lake level was very high due to lots of rain prior to our visit, but we enjoyed it despite limited dock access (no fault of the homeowner). Would definitely recommend and rent again.

Beautiful log cabin and amazing private lake front property

Absolutely loved the house and the property! The backyard is very private with lots of trees and two private docks. Ada is a wonderfully nice lady! She responded very quickly to all of our inquires. Would love to rent this house again!

Nice lakehouse

Great property and location. Loved everything about it but the Internet Service. That was sub- par and hardly high speed, but the property itself was very nice. If you want to unplug, you can't do much better.

Hi Todd! Thank you for the kind words. I am surprised regarding the internet reception. We were there for three months and left on May 8 and it was working great. Thank you for letting me know, as it was newly installed in March. I can only guess that since it worked perfectly the three months we were there, that the position of the satellite must have been compromised. We even have a booster to maximize the strength, I will definitely call them on Monday to come out and have a look. And again, thanks for the heads up! Sincerely, Ada Hoyt UPDATE ON THE INTERNET SERVICE.....I CALLED HUGHES YESTERDAY AND THEY SAID THAT FOR A BUSINESS TO BE ABLE TO REALLY WORK ALL DAY THAT THE MAIN MODEM SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PUT IN THE BASEMENT. THEY ARE COMING OUT ON THE 6TH OF JULY TO MOVE IT TO THE MAIN FLOOR. WITH THE 5 GENERATION/25 MBPTS PLAN WE ARE ON THEY SAID I SHOULD HAVE PERFECT SERVICE. AGAIN, THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME KNOW! This cabin is absolutely amazing! It’s peaceful, picturesque, clean, grand, and inviting. The owners are so accommodating, informative, and make you feel welcome. From the moment you walk in you feel at home, and it’s just as nice as described. The only downfall is that once you stay here, you will not want to leave. If you love the lake and are looking for the perfect place to stay, then you will adore this beautiful cabin! We hope to stay again in the future.

I grew up in Virginia and built this home as a retirement home. We currently live in Florida, but are blessed to stay at Stillwater's at least 5 months a year!

I absolutely LOVE Clarksville. The beauty of the Lake is breathtaking and the folks are some of the most hospitable I have seen. I chose this property to build the cabin on, because it is on a cove and gives you that private, cozy, feeling my husband and I love! The water view is beautiful, but the trees are equally so.....like being in a treehouse!
There is a large circular driveway that makes it convenient to park trailers and cars.
There is close to an acre beside the cabin for family football, soccer, volleyball, etc., so bring your equipment!
I really enjoy looking out the kitchen window and seeing all the woods and the fact that there are no houses on either side of us for compete privacy.

We had always loved log homes and wanted to eventually retire in one for part of the year! I am an interior designer by profession, so the home was great fun to furnish by "antiquing" locally for some of the furnishings. We spend at least 5 months a year now to be with our daughter and family!
The hot tub was a must for us and we're certain that our guests enjoy that amenity too!
There is a great surround sound system to companion a 77" Samsung TV with a large sectional and wood burning fireplace (logs on site for your use) on the ground level. A walk up bar competes that interior entertainment area with a table and four chair on the outside patio beside the hot tub!
Another great area is the large flagstone deck with cedar gliders and a fireplace. There is wood by the fireplace for your use.
The main level has a large deck that offers picnic table and benches, rockers, chairs and occasional tables! The Charbroil grill is located on the deck.
A gas fireplace is on the main level with ample seating for family gatherings.
During the holidays this room has a 9' Christmas tree with mantle decorations too!
The kitchen is GENEROUSLY stocked with any utensil, pot pan you may need to serve a lovely dinner at the 10 person dining table.
The white claw foot soaking tub in the master bath is a real luxury too to enjoy after a day of boating!
We have been so grateful to the many guests that have treated our home as their own and look forward to hosting YOU as well!!!!!
