My husband, mother in law and myself had a fabulous time.....the cabin was perfect!...very clean...had everything we could possibly need...enjoyed the fireplace as well...i feel we could not have picked a better cabin to stay in...thank you so much for sharing your peaceful home with us...we would like to stay again sometime in June-July for our 26th anniversary...thank you again and have a wonderful holiday season!...Jeannette...:)

The location is amazing. You are so close to downtown Helen, Unicoi State Park and Yonah Mountain. The house is super cozy. It was just my husband and myself, but I could see a big family staying here and enjoying it with plenty of room for all. The property is everything you want out of a cabin in the woods, but more. The creek and waterfall were such an added bonus. The hot tub was nice and hot and helped us relaxing after hiking. My only complaint is that the beds were not super comfy. That being said, we enjoyed our stay here so much.

Love the location! Just perfect outside the city limit, the place was very cozy and comfortable!! Lots of fun things to do! The gazebo place by the creek was amazing! Perfect play spot for littles! I would definitely stay here again!

Location location location!!! Less than 5 mins from Helen, we loved the quite and peaceful property. It was also convenient to be north of town so close to 75alt so we could bypass Helen traffic getting in and out of the area. I could sit on the porch swing and listen to the creek and the forest all day. The kids loved playing in the hot tub which was working just fine, and we enjoyed sharing meals around the beautiful dining table. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (pots pans and cooking utensils, filters for the coffee maker) The cabin was fairly clean, fresh sheets and towels, kitchen was spotless, and no dust was found on the furniture. There was a build up of dust around vents in the bathroom, and the sliding glass door to the patio was difficult to open and close. There were a lot of spiders and cobwebs outside around the property, but the house is literally in the forest so the bugs are to be expected. If you’re planning on tubing on the river there is a collection of push sticks in the laundry room you can use so you don’t need to purchase any. The driveway is gravel, so the host provided 2 really large rugs in the entry way to wipe your feet and leave your shoes inside on the rugs to contain the gravel. Owner is super quick to respond via text and very helpful. We loved the property and would stay again!

Secluded cabin with a great small creek and property. Hot tub needs maintenance as there were two loose pieces in the tub on the bottom. No laundry soap, but dryer sheets were available. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. Grill needs new burners as flames were mostly in the front. We enjoyed the firepit and the detached area by the creek. I would rent this cabin. We had a nice time.

Perfect getaway

Quaint comfortable home in perfect location. Only 5 minute drive to downtown Helen but set back in the woods where it felt very secluded. Our family loved the property and would definitely return. Great for a couple’s getaway or full family retreat.

Awesome retreat

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend. It was close enough to Helen but away from the crowds. It was spacious. There were plenty of towels and blankets. The cabin was decorated very cute. It’s very relaxing and we would stay again!

Thank you for letting us stay. We enjoyed the home away from home. It was relaxing. My family enjoyed the fireplace, hot tub and the waterfall. Definitely a rememberable birthday. Nice place!

Girls trip for 2! We enjoyed the cabin layout, as we each had our “master suite”. Hot tub good. LOVED the bed swing near the little creek. I would say thats the best part. Home very clean. Only downsides are…it is right on a busy road. Could also have a few more Kitchen supplies like alum foil or “tupperware type” bowls to cover up food.

What a wonderful place to stay

I could express how highly I would recommend this place for your stay. Pet friendly just added to our enjoyment of this place. Just minutes from Helen, your lucky to have a place to yourself with hot tub, fire pit, small creek and will equipped kitchen. You really couldn't ask for more.

Wonderful secluded cabin close to Helen and Waterfall Hikes

We wanted to be near Helen but away from the tourist crowds. This was the perfect spot. The amenities include a hot tub and a gazebonear a small creek.
