The condo unit was exactly as pictured. However, the overall facility seemed older. The elevator situation is terrible. They are slow and not enough. Several times a few were not even working.

Yearly family vacation

This is our 2nd visit in Stephanie’s condo and just as the first time everything was great! She is very accommodating and always responds in a timely manner when or if needed. Can’t wait to stay again next summer!

Loved it!!

Condo: Stephanie was the best! So responsive and accommodating. Any question or issue she was immediately on top of it. I do not like staying anywhere but home because of germs, but this condo was so clean and airy. The huge balcony was breathtaking. It was packed with all the things we needed. Property: an elevator was broken so that was annoying but that’s kind of expected with big condos on spring break. It was just steps away from the beach. Loooooved having a bar and restaurant on site. As well as the very clean lobby and little store that had the things we forgot. The kiddie pool was actually pretty clean! The property itself could use some upgrading but we were just happy it was clean. Loved the large parking lot, very easy to find spaces.

Beautiful Condo!

The condo is extremely comfortable and bright and cheerful. Very roomy and stocked with plenty of everything! It is stocked with more items in the kitchen and bathes than anywhere we have ever stayed. The condo has upgraded appliances, ceiling fans, and TVs, too. The location and the beach view is perfect! Great communication and answers to questions in a very timely manner from the owners! We will definitely stay there again!

We loved staying here. It had everything we needed and was exactly as listed. The property owner was great at communicating and made sure we had everything we needed.

Awesome condo & Stephanie was the best!

Stephanie is the perfect host. Communication with her was spot on. The condo was clean, bright and beachy. Just like the pictures and description says. It has everything you need for your family stay at the beach. We would absolutely recommend this condo.

Nice condo

The condo is very nice and is accurately described in listing. Everything was clean and location was great. The view from the balcony is awesome. Our only downfall(at no fault to the owners at all) was they played karaoke by the pool VERY loudly late into the night. With two smaller children it made bedtime a little difficult. Also, elevators are VERY slow and very crowded To the point we walked the 12 flights of stairs a few times just because we got tired of waiting. Otherwise we had a great short trip and would love to come back at our next trip to pcb.

Amazing condo, super clean and great communication with the owners!

I highly recommend booking with Stephanie. Such great accommodations and easy to communicate with, from before booking to checkout. My family and I always stay at The Summit and this was by far the easiest stay and nicest condo! Can not wait to book again!

Beautiful and just what we needed

This condo was perfect for our family of 6. My husband, myself and our two smallest (3 & 7 mo) slept in the master and our oldest (14 & 10) slept on the bunks. The condo was clean, and looked new inside (paint appliances etc). There was even a pack n play which came in handy to put the 7mo in so he wasn't crawling everywhere. We also used the beach chairs provided which is something we didn't bother bringing but they were useful. We had no issues with anything and check-in and check-out was super easy. We would recommend it to any of our friends and family!
