Ocean Reef is centrally located. You can be almost anywhere in PCB within 10-15 minutes. There is a street in front of the condo that goes directly to Back Beach Road(Highway 98) where there is a red light. You can go east or west from there. You are only a mile from middle beach road which is PCB's best kept secret. You can go anywhere east of the condo and not be in the traffic on Front Beach. The point is, you do not have to be stuck in the traffic on Front Beach unless you want to be.
