Lemonade: Coastal Oasis Blocks from Beach

"Lemonade" Home-Experience the perfect blend of comfort & convenience, a stunning townhome in the heart of the Virginia Beach Oceanfront RESORT area, just 2 BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH! Steps from the lively boardwalk, you’ll be moments away from shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Sleeps up to 10 guests & features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Plus, you’ll be right next to the exciting Atlantic WAVE PARK and the DOME music venue!

Bedroom #1 on the first floor contains 2 twin beds. Bedroom #2 on the first floor contains 1 queen bed. Bathroom #1 on the first floor is a full bathroom with shower.

The main living quarters are on the 2nd floor, with a large kitchen, dining room, and living room that opens to a 2 decks. Bathroom #2 is on the 2nd floor and is a half-bath.

Bedroom #3 on the third floor contains a queen bed and a twin bed with trundle. Bedroom #4 is the master bedroom located on the 3rd floor and contains a queen bed. Bathroom #3 is on the 3rd floor and is a full bath with shower, double vanity sinks, and a tub.

Some things to note:
GUEST ACCESS:
-- Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. We love to host, so we have a high turnover rate, and our cleaners strictly adhere to this schedule to accommodate.
-- A door code will be sent to you a week before your arrival.

AMENITIES:
We provide fresh linens, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. *THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Highly recommend you bring additional items such as coffee/cooking spray/water bottles etc*. Roku TVs are located in most bedrooms. Portable pack and play available upon request.

PARKING:
There is some private parking, and a detailed map will be sent upon booking. Additional details regarding public parking options will also be provided.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
We ask that you leave everything in the home as you found it, strip the linens from the beds, run the dishwasher, and take trash to the bins on the street. This will ensure the quality of the home for the next guest and expedite the cleaning.

REFUNDS:
Highly recommend trip insurance. We do not give refunds due to the weather.

Our family loved the property. The house was large enough for everyone and was perfectly decorated. It was a small hike to the beach and boardwalk but was very doable. The street outside the house was a bit noisy at night, however, we used a sound machine to block out the noise which worked perfectly. We enjoyed our stay!

Great for Family Together Time

Very attractive, nice location, sleeping for 10 possible (may need an air mattress) ... We all agreed we would stay there again for sure. I couldn't quite give a 5 Star for Overall due to a few small issues with dead batteries, water filter, and a broken kitchen utensil (our Host responded quickly). Also, even with 4 bar stools in the kitchen, and 4 high dining chairs, the living room configuration has "comfortable" seating for only 5 adults. Last, but most inconvenient is that there are not nearly enough towel racks and no hooks to hold wet bath towels for 10 people.Still, considering all Pros and few Cons, I would definitely recommend.

Great short term rental by the beach!

Great house!!!…Noisy street.

Your house is great! Set up was perfect for 5 adults that needed 4 room for sleeping. Our first time to VA beach. I do wish the balcony and front door not sooo close to interstate. Although the noise was not a problem for sleeping, no great space to be outside near house.

Three day weekend - Gymnastics meet

Both sets of grandparents met us in VA Beach. The House was immaculate. Bathrooms on all three floors. Two bedrooms on the first floor made the stairs less of an issue for our elders ;). Short walk to anywhere worth going!! Would definitely book again.

Great property and location

Very nice property in a great location. Literally a few blocks from the beach. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and attractions. Easy driving distance to many other things.

House is beautiful just like picture. Beds were comfortable kitchen was nice. Clean and hostess is the best. Returning calls always available. No place for kids to play outside. Nice the beach was only 2 blocks away. Only room for two cars to park, parking at lot runs to be expensive. Enjoyed our stay

Great locale + amenities. Light sleepers beware

Our extended family of 4 adults and 5 kids had a wonderful 6 night stay. The kitchen was fully stocked (we cooked almost every meal at the house), TVs aplenty, and the location cannot be beat for accessing all that VA beach has to offer. Future renters should know that road noise is pervasive and loud - particularly on Fri-Sat nights. This is because house is located on 21st st, the main thoroughfare into VA beach. So bring some ear plugs to muffle the noise and enjoy the primely located property.

Quick Virginia Beach getaway

Great for the family. Close to the beach. Close walking distance to many shops and restaurants. (If staying in Virginia Beach you MUST have over night parking for each vehicle) This place came with 2 parking spaces. Thank goodness.
