"Sweet Tea" Home-Experience the best of Virginia Beach in this beautiful townhome! Located in the heart of the Oceanfront RESORT area, just TWO BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH, steps away from the boardwalk, shops, restaurants, & entertainment. It offers the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement.Next to Atlantic WAVE PARK & the DOME music venue, this spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, open-concept makes it ideal for families or groups of friends on a getaway.

Bedroom #1 on the first floor contains 2 twin beds. Bedroom #2 on the first floor contains 1 queen bed. Bathroom #1 on the first floor is a full bathroom with shower.

The main living quarters are on the 2nd floor, with a large kitchen, dining room, and living room that opens to a 2 decks. Bathroom #2 is on the 2nd floor and is a half-bath.

Bedroom #3 on the third floor contains a queen bed and a twin bed with trundle. Bedroom #4 is the master bedroom located on the 3rd floor and contains a queen bed. Bathroom #3 is on the 3rd floor and is a full bath with shower, double vanity sinks, and a tub.

Some things to note:
GUEST ACCESS:
-- Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check out at 10:00 am. We love to host, so we have a high turnover rate, and our cleaners strictly adhere to this schedule to accommodate.
-- A door code will be sent to you a week before your arrival.

AMENITIES:
We provide fresh linens, towels, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. *THINK OF THESE ITEMS AS “STARTER KITS” - Highly recommend you bring additional items such as coffee/cooking spray/water bottles etc*. Roku TVs are located in most bedrooms. Portable pack and play available upon request.

PARKING:
There is some private parking, and a detailed map will be sent upon booking. Additional details regarding public parking options will also be provided.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
We ask that you leave everything in the home as you found it, strip the linens from the beds, run the dishwasher, and take trash to the bins on the street. This will ensure the quality of the home for the next guest and expedite the cleaning.

REFUNDS:
Highly recommend trip insurance. We do not give refunds due to the weather.

Awesome location!

We had an excellent stay. The place was in a great location and we were able to walk everywhere. Close to the beach, restaurants, bars, golf courses. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect for a girls’ getaway!

We stayed in Sweat Tea for three nights and had a lovely stay! The property was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. It is also just a few blocks from restaurants and the boardwalk where we spent the majority of our time. Thank you for a great stay!

Helped make for a perfect weekend!

This house was pure perfection! The hosts were available for every question and I sure ask a lot of them! Unfortunately we had yucky weather but if it were nicer it was absolutely a fantastic location. Will visit again and recommend to others for sure!

Multiple Generation Family Trip

We took multi generation trip. From one year old to 85 yrs old. The house is beautiful. But there are multiple levels of stairs. If youre traveling with young ones and elders, the stairs made it very difficult. Also only two parking spots. We had to keep driving to beach, shopping and dinner and pay parking fees. As for outdoor space, front porch, a small sitting space in back, with no yard for kids. Also, Im assuming when VB city is busy, the internet was spotting and not consistently working.

Nice home but not worth cost

The home itself was modern and close to the beach and convention center. Our experience was marred by the lack of cleanliness (eg, a pair of old black parties left on the bedroom door hook); unreliable Wi-Fi (I had to go the library to get work done); unkempt pathway from car to door; and the noise from the busy street and motel that the house directly faces. I expected more for the amount paid.

The home is in the perfect location! 2 Block from the resort area, public-access beach, boardwalk, dining, shopping, and the ViBe creative district. Just a quick 3-minute walk!
