Welcome to House #50 at Ocotillo Springs Resort - beautiful 3 bedroom vacation home situated in-line with 2 other homes connected. You have the option of renting the connecting houses together with this home to accommodate larger groups - it's the perfect lodging solution for family reunions and groups visiting southern Utah. This gorgeous home has 3 beautiful rooms upstairs, each with their own ensuite bathrooms with showers. The open concept family room on the main level has a comfortable sectional sofa and TV, it opens to the kitchen and dining room so you can all be together and enjoy each other's company. The upstairs small family room has a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping and a large TV. You will love the master bedroom with a beautiful king bed and private balcony with two chairs and a pergola covering. Great place to enjoy a relaxing morning sunrise as the sun illuminates the red mountains, or enjoy a romantic sunset.



Ocotillo Springs offers so many fun amenities in the community. Enjoy full access to the resort pool that has a rock water slide, or the clubhouse game room, lounge and kitchen. Of course there are also a few pickle ball courts for endless fun day and night as well. You will love your vacation experience here. Rent this home or pair it with the two connecting homes for multiple families.

The home was clean, the beds were fairly comfortable, and the hot tub worked well. The only issues were that the internet as instructions did not work and thus there were issues connecting to the internet for several hours. Also, the instructions for check-out were inconsistent if viewed in the email, in the binder in the home, or other posted signage near the garage.

Very relaxing

This rental was a very pleasant and relaxing house to stay at. It was very clean, the kitchen well stocked and plenty of cushions and pillows for the furniture. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get in and out of with a good variety of retail options close by. If the opportunity presents itself, we will plan on renting this location again in the future. I would recommend this rental.

Better than I expected

The location was great, and it provided a great amount of space with comfortable spaces to hang out and sleep. We loved that each room had its own full bathroom. The beds and were great. Loved the balcony access from one of the bedrooms. And the private hot tub was amazing. We loved the community pool and how well heated it was. Also the fact the pool stays accessible until 11:00pm was super fun and helpful. The use of the smart locks made it very easy to gain access and utilize the space for our entire trip.

Great place but a few recommendations

Property was the cleanest we have stayed in with one exception. Top bunk looked to be made but sheets were filthy with a stain and appeared not to have been washed in some time. Candy particles were also in the bed. There were plenty of beds so we just elected not to use this one. Kids were a bit disappointed. Splash pad was also not working but the pool area was otherwise great and a big hit with the kids. Cooking pan selection was the only other improvement we’d suggest. In the kitchen more pans are needed and a couple were quality we wouldn’t use. Utinsils and other items were all great though. Space was ideal and great location. We enjoyed our time and would recommend.

A nice stay in Santa Clara, but details are overlooked

This townhome is in a newish development in Santa Clara, and it's a nice place. The community facilities were great - the pool is fun (my teens loved the water slide) and we enjoyed the ping pong, arcade machine and pool table at the clubhouse. The house itself is clean, spacious and comfortable. But you can tell it's just an investment property for someone, because little thought seems to have been put into the details, other than to buy the cheapest items possible for certain things, like the entire kitchen. I generally cook a lot when we rent houses like this, and I was grateful we chose to eat out on this trip, because this kitchen frustrated me so much. No tongs? The only frying pan is 8 inches and the cheapest brand you can buy at Walmart. Pots are the same. The saddest salt and pepper shakers I've ever seen. No drinking glasses, just wine goblets, giant mugs, or enormous plastic cups. (If you have little kids, you should bring your own kid-sized cups.) This kitchen was put together by someone who does not cook. The pool towels are child-sized, and the weird industrial-looking brand hand soap is totally at odds with the "luxury" vibe they're aiming for in the bathrooms. Also, they don't provide any pickle ball equipment for the pickle ball courts, which was disappointing. I was glad we were only staying 2 nights, and I don't think we'd stay here again, given how many other options there are in the St. George area.

My only suggestion for this home would be to upgrade the amenities...especially in the kitchen. The home sleeps 11-12 people, but the pots/pans etc provided in the kitchen area make it difficult to cook enough food for that many people. There were just a few small pots/pans that were very old and not in very good condition, and a very small selection of kitchen knives. The hot tub also needed to be cleaned. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the house...just a few small things that could have made the stay perfect.

They were visiting from Minnesota, so being able to play out at the pool in December was an unbelievable treat for them. My husband and I live across Rachel (in Bella Sol) and it was nice to have them close by. Our house became the "restaurant" and their condo was the "playground". Gave us all some privacy and made for a most enjoyable visit.

Booked for a girls weekend away and go to the Tuachan Theater

Very comfortable beds and nice clean house. Note if your not able to climb stairs to bath or sleep it might not be the house for you. We were all good with this and loved it. My mother although who is 84 and doesn't climb stairs had a few difficulties.

Wonderful

This was an absolutely gorgeous property! It was perfect for my family. We LOVED that each room had it's own bathroom/shower. It was very clean and was well stocked with kitchen utensils, which was huge. Would definitely stay here again!
