Peaceful Resort at the Heart of St.Augustine Beach

Dear Meredith, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you highlighting the cleanliness of the condo. We were happy to accommodated your early check-in request, allowing you to start your stay three hours earlier. Regarding your concerns, we would like to address a few points. We strive to provide extra amenities, such as the beach essentials, for our guests' convenience. However, we are not always able to check every extra item after each stay. The broken cart was not reported until another guest told us and we have since replaced it to ensure future guests have a better experience. The living room couch was actually newly purchased this year, and we hope it meets the comfort standards we aim to provide. Additionally, there was a stack of clean, folded towels in the second bedroom that were left unused as well as extra towels in the bathroom closet. We value your input on the kitchen inventory and will certainly look into upgrading the pots and pans. Additionally, any issues that were reported during your stay as the AC filter not being up to your standards were addressed and resolved immediately to ensure your comfort. As for the "other stuff" mentioned, we were not aware of any additional issues during your stay. We would have appreciated the opportunity to address and fix them promptly if they had been brought to our attention.
