3. Some New Wave properties have exterior cameras to help ensure the safety of both guests and homeowners.
4. There are 3 parking spaces, New Wave will supply parking tags that should be visibly placed on the windshield.
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Pets are prohibited in swimming pool areas.
