En la popular adición de Spencer's Landing, esta principal casa de la esquina es un retiro DULCE, y "lo tiene todo". Completamente nuevo en el mercado de alquiler, esta casa de playa de dos pisos tiene 4 dormitorios, 3 baños, dos salas de estar y capacidad para 16 personas. 504 Spencer's Landing es la "piedra angular" de esta subdivisión, con la ubicación perfecta "en la ciudad" entre Calles 11 y Station. Está a solo un corto trayecto en coche de la playa a través de Sandcastle Road, o incluso un paseo más corto al otro lado de la calle hasta la piscina comunitaria. Decorada profesionalmente en 2015, la casa cuenta con todos los muebles y ropa de cama nuevos, 4 televisores de pantalla plana, reproductores de DVD y wi-fi. La casa está diseñada con un 3/2, sala de estar, comedor y cocina arriba, y un 1/1, sala de estar abajo. Los arreglos para dormir son geniales! Hay un rey en el MB, reina en la segunda habitación, 2 juegos de camas gemelas sobre literas completas en la tercera habitación (ambos de metal pesado), 2 sofás cama queen, uno arriba y otro abajo, y 2 camas individuales en el cuarto BR abajo. Además, cada habitación tiene un amplio armario para todas sus pertenencias. La cocina está totalmente amueblada con "nuevo" todo lo que uno pueda necesitar, además hay un segundo refrigerador grande en la planta baja para todas sus bebidas adicionales, hielo y pescado que pueda pescar. La casa cuenta con lavadora y secadora grandes, parrilla para barbacoa, ducha al aire libre y cochera cubierta. Hay mucho estacionamiento privado en el camino de entrada para autos y un bote, además de estacionamiento adicional designado al costado de la casa. Un gran porche delantero ofrece vistas a la piscina, mucha sombra y la brisa del océano. Una entrada sin clave proporciona seguridad adicional, registro y salida fáciles, y no hay claves para mantenerse al día o perder. Flippin’ Fantastic Stop!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything about this place was simply amazing! Booking? Easy! I would definitely go through Port A Escapes again. From the get go until we vacated we were kept well informed. Easy access, just give them a call and you’ll receive a text for entry codes and other info regarding your rental. Flip Flop Stop is very accommodating if you have a large group, corner unit, 3 vehicles and 3 carts, no prob with parking, lots of amenities,coffee pot and a keurig! well kept, clean. I’ve read some reviews stating the room downstairs was to warm but didn’t find it to be at all. Air conditioning and fans were perfect. The floors in this room are cement so you may want to consider when deciding on choosing your rooms especially if you have little ones. Great location! I will most definitely rent this property again🙂

Love the location and community pool. Conveniently located to everything in town. House is very clean and big enough for our annual adult trip. This was our second year to stay at this house.

The kitchen had everything you could need, cupboards all labelled, a big pantry for storage. There were lots of towels, linen and the beds were comfortable. Great location. Port A Escapes is really one of the best management companies. Easy to deal with and very responsive to calls.

Beautiful roomy home

We arrived for our family vacation right at 4pm for. Check in and there was garbage left in front of the house and had a dirty bbq pit. There was also empty bottles laying outside as well. The inside of the property was very clean and had all the supplies we needed. Rooms are large and roomy. There was plenty of towels and extra blankets a linen for use. The downstairs rooms were kinda plain. Nothing special like the up stairs area which was very well decorated. I feel the downstairs was just an after thought of a space. Also the room downstairs would make more sense to have a full or queen beds with a bunk bed as well. Over all the place was very nice. And the location was perfect.

Bottom room was hot, we had to purchase a fan to help circulate the air. Other than that the house was nice and we enjoyed our stay.

Will Book Again!

We absolutely loved staying here! The room was FREEZING which was great! Lol it was clean well kept plenty of room the pics don’t do it justice! Will deff be rebooking with them in the future! Highly recommend!

We spent two months this winter and found the home to be very clean and equipped with everything needed to let you know the owners and management company really care about their renters. Plus it’s in a prime location . I can’t thank Port A Escapes enough for keeping us informed and staying in touch during the unexpected and extremely unusual hard freeze that kept the power off for days. Anyone staying in Flop FLop Stop will be happy with their choice. Enjoy!

Great house for large gatherings

My wife and I stayed at the "Flip Flop Stop" with a group of friends for a beach getaway. There were 10 adults total and we had plenty of room. Everyone had a bed and there were two left over, not including the pullout couches. The house was super clean when we checked in and it had everything we needed. One couple stayed in the downstairs bedroom. They said that it was a little warm, but not miserable. The main living area upstairs is very spacious. When we were up there hanging out, it never felt crowded even when everyone was up there. The balcony is a great spot to hang out. Plenty of room up there. The beach is close, but probably not walking distance if you're carrying a bunch of gear. Great house overall. We'd definitely stay again.

The list of reasons to LOVE this rental: plenty of seating in living room, plenty of sleeping space, THE BEST LABELED KITCHEN EVER (it was my favorite thing about this place!), plenty of dishes and utensils, nice starter toiletries, lots of parking, and nice pool across the street. I will ABSOLUTELY book this location again!
