The property is perfectly situated a mere couple of blocks from the border of Fenwick Island, Delaware. Up to six guests can enjoy this beautiful condo's enclosed and furnished patio, a community pool that is available in the summers, and its close proximity to several of the area's must-visit destinations, including mini-golf, movies, arcades, restaurants, and so much more. During the summer months, the whole family can partake in go-karting, outdoor mini-golfing, waterpark and so much more. Travel about a mile down the strip and you will enjoy the fun and adventure of the busy boardwalk. This vacation rental offers three smart TVs with Netflix, HULU and Peacock for your indoor viewing pleasure. Further, enjoy free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen to make your the meals of your choosing, and a furnished patio where you can relax outside or dine under the stars. In warm weather, grab a towel and head down to the shared pool for a soothing swim.
GETTING AROUND:
The bus depot is a mere few blocks away if you want to travel to downtown Ocean City without the need to move your car. You can also drive your car and feel comfortable knowing that two parking spaces await you.

AGE REQUIREMENT:
✦ The guests must have reached the age of twenty three (23) or at least an adult is included in the reservation and must be the primary guest of the booking.
GRILL:
✦ If you would like to use the grill, please be informed that we have an additional cleaning fee of $25 per stay.
Cooking/grilling on wood balconies or on decks are not permitted. You may use the grill exactly where it is placed.
HOUSE RULES:
As a host, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! For your protection and ours, we do require a RENTERS AGREEMENT.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
✦ It will be returned after no damage is found. We may also charge an additional cleaning and damage fee if the repair and replacement is more than the said deposit amount.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUEST(S):
✦ While we promise to accommodate these type of requests, this is subject for approval as we want to make sure that the house gets fully clean/sanitized and give respect if there’s another guest checking in/checking out on the same day. Also, please be informed of $15 charge per hour for early check-in/late check-out request.
NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS/VISITORS ALLOWED:
✦ No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. We will impose a violation fee for unregistered ones.
EATING OR DRINKING:
✦ No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
SMOKING:
✦ Smoking of any substance (including vaping) is strictly forbidden inside the condo or on the patio. Due to the cost to remove smoking odors, if we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke, we will need to hold your entire security deposit to cover the cost.
DRUGS:
✦ If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to vacate the property and immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
PARTIES:
✦ If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, guests will be asked to vacate the property and immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
PETS:
✦ We are animal lovers; however, unfortunately, this unit is NOT pet-approved, so we cannot accommodate any furry friends at this time. Please make arrangements so that only humans are staying with us.
QUIET HOURS:
✦ Although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am, noise should be kept to a minimum. Guests who cause noise complaints will be removed by management, security, or law enforcement without a refund.
WHAT TO DO IF SOMETHING BREAKS:
✦ We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should anything break (large or small) please let us know immediately - you have a damage protection plan that comes with your rental. We take great care of our properties for our guests, and we appreciate your cooperation in letting us know right away if any issue arises – we want to correct it for you quickly and make sure you’re still enjoying a 5-star stay.
CONSUMABLES:
✦ Please acknowledge that from occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests, if they are not empty. IMPORTANT NOTICE : The pool will be OPEN beginning on Memorial Day 2024 and closed starting the last weekend of September 2023.

My partner and I absolutely love the beach. We came to Ocean City to visit friends a few years ago and absolutely loved it. There is nothing like being able to walk to the beach and truly lose yourself in the peace of hearing the waves hit the sand. I have even worked remotely in the main bedroom and when warm, right in the patio.

The Palms at Ocean City is a stylish, bright and modern space that has all the amenities of modern living. The location is about a two or three blocks walk from the beach. We have all the bells and whistles of a modern space, with the quiet escape of private quiet living. We are about a mile away from the "action." If you are like me, I love being in the action, but while I am on vacation, I like to be able to escape and relax. If this is your desire, this is your space.

We have a new stove, new microwave, updated double shower with sliding shower doors in one room. The property easily sleeps six(6). There is also a private patio for you to enjoy a summer evening under the sky.
