Fantastic location! Thoughtfully updated with all new furnishings! Beautiful light filled 2 bedroom, 2 bath second floor condo with outdoor shower in charming downtown Chatham. Open floor plan with gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, bar seating and separate dining table. Comfy, inviting living room with vaulted ceiling, skylight & French doors leading to a spacious deck. Central air, cozy wood stove, laundry, soaking tub & wide pine floors throughout. Linens provided!

Relax among the tree tops and listen to the birds with your morning coffee. Rinse off in the private outdoor shower after a day at Chatham Light House Beach. Enjoy relaxing in the Adirondack chairs with a cocktail at sunset or grill outside & dine alfresco. Professionally landscaped with attention to detail. Huge elevated deck with plenty of seating, fenced-in yard with swing set. Dogs considered with owner approval.

Less than five minute walk to Chatham A's baseball field & playground, bandstand, bike trail, Village Market, French bakery, DelMar Bistro, Chatham Cheese Shop & The Red Nun. Five minute walk to downtown shopping, restaurants, movie theater & Oyster Pond. Five minute drive or 20 minute walk to Light House beach. Close to everything Chatham!

Excellent in all respects. Stylish and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Super clean. Very comfortable beds. Maria left thoughtful goodies upon arrival and was very accommodating throughout. Walk to downtown in 5 minutes. Highly highly recommend.

Another great stay

This is our third year staying at Summer Catch and it has consistently been a success. It is a beautifully decorated home in the perfect location. Perfectly clean and with all the amenities we need. The kids love playing in the yard. We continue to appreciate the spectacular hospitality.

Birthday Trip

Perfection - everything was clean, quiet street with secluded outdoor space to enjoy, well stocked with everything we needed, and communicating with Maria was so easy and she was quick to respond. Just wonderful hosts! They even left a birthday cake and card for my mom, which was incredibly thoughtful! We loved staying here and would recommend to anyone!

Cape Cod Weekend

The condo was located very close to downtown Chatham which made it easy to walk to restaurants and shops. We were able to bring our dog which was important to us, so that was a huge plus! The accommodations were great and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we travel to Chatham in the future!

Absolute best!

We loved everything about this apartment. THE BEST vacation rental we have ever had (and we've stayed in a lot). Everything was set up perfectly - nice and comfortable furnishing, cute decorations and nice touches, and a well supplied kitchen. The location is ideal - close to town and the grocery store but on a quiet street. The hosts were super helpful and friendly (highly recommend Maria's restaurant, Del Mar). We had a fabulous week and can't wait to go back, and we will definitely stay here again!

Annual Chatham Trip

We returned to this beautiful property again this year and were not disappointed. The house is a perfect location with just what we needed. It is clean, beautifully decorated, and the perfect family getaway. Maria and Edson are wonderful hosts!

We enjoyed walking to downtown shops and Restaurants, Oyster Pond Beach and various other sites. The Condo is wonderfully appointed and very comfortable. Maria is the perfect Host, and a reservation to Del Mar Bistro and Bar is a must!

Perfect Condo

The condo is very clean. Comfortable beds and bedding. Fully stocked with every amenity you would ever need, including fresh flowers! Location is perfect. Can walk to the lighthouse, down Main Street, and to the pier for fresh lobster. Would choose this condo again!

Wonderful Chatham house!

While the weather wasn’t perfect our stay at Summer Catch was! Beautiful home with all the amenities. Easy stroll to town. Could listen to the warm up to the baseball games from the wrap around deck after a busy day at the beach.

Amazing first time in cape cod!

The summer catch was an amazing property. The attention to detail in the amenities were second to none. We frequently stay in VRBOS with our family. Maria went above and beyond in all areas from comfortable bedding, to toiletries and beach gear…everything was thoughtfully planned. Highly recommended for families!

Perfect short getaway to beautiful rental close to everything!

This is by far the nicest rental I have ever stayed in. It was recently renovated and beautifully furnished with great attention to detail. Maria was a fantastic host, providing fresh cut hydrangeas, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine! She also provided great new beach chairs, umbrella and coolers which saved us a lot of room in the car. We will definitely be back next summer!

The perfect Chatham upgraded two week stay. Walking distance to the village. Private, large deck. All the amenities one would expect. Hosts were the best! Great communication. love the renovations. All the charm of a Chatham cottage with modern upgrades / renovations.

Absolutely Perfect !

It’s exactly what we were looking for…an all American 4th of July in Chatham. Walk to nightly baseball games, great shopping & eating (make your reservation for Del-Mar at the same time you book ‘Summer Catch’). Speaking of Summer Catch, it has everything you need (so don’t pack too much, has lots of towels, linens, washer & dryer, kitchen utensils, beach goodies & a big grill for cooking :)

Lovely property and host!

Summer Catch is a wonderful property in a great area of Chatham. The condo is adorable and extremely neat. Maria is such a thoughtful host who provided everything we could possibly need for our stay. She was so communicative leading up to our stay and even left a card with a bottle of rosé because she knew I was in town to celebrate my birthday. I couldn’t recommend Summer Catch more! Also a meal at Del Mar Bistro where Maria is the chef is a MUST.

Exceeded expectations

We were travelling as 2 couples and the condo was perfect for our 4 night stay It’s a beautiful space and had everything we needed, a bottle of wine and flowers when we arrived was a lovely touch The furniture in the lounge area was very comfortable and the tv had all the streaming channels Beds were very comfortable The kitchen was very well equipped, we cooked a roast dinner one evening and had everything we needed The location is great for Chatham itself or for exploring Cape Cod A meal at Delmar where Maria is the chef is a most, it was delicious Definitely recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Chatham

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a wonderful experience at Summer Catch and with Maria. The house is beautiful, well decorated, and very clean. It had everything we needed. The kids' room was so well stocked with games that they never even needed the ones I packed. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. The location is ideal. We walked to the Veteran's Field playground and Anglers baseball games several times. We could also walk to dinner at multiple restaurants as well as shops. It was a short drive to the beach as well. We also really enjoyed having a fenced in yard with a swing set and large deck. We had a great experience and are looking forward to returning. Maria is an outstanding host.

Simply The Best!

If we could rate our stay at Maria’s place with 10 stars, we would! Everything was perfect about our stay. Great communication made our arrival easy. We were greeted with flowers on the dining table, and a welcome gift of wine, cheese, crackers, fruit and chocolates. The second floor condo was larger, nicer, and brighter than we expected, with an excellent layout and artistic touches throughout. Each bathroom was furnished with spa quality soaps and shampoos. High quality beds and a quiet neighborhood guaranteed good sleeping. The large wrap around balcony had comfortable seating and beautiful hanging flower baskets. The large fenced in yard was professionally landscaped and was for our use only - a bonus for our pup. The location of the condo is perfect, a short and easy stroll into the heart of the village of Chatham. Also and easy stroll to a fun grocery store and CVS. And as much as we loved the condo, we also really appreciated meeting Maria and Edson - two welcoming, warm, wonderful hosts! We also really appreciated that Maria got us a reservation to DelMar, where she is the chef, and where we had our best meal in Chatham, and our best meal in a long time! If our paths ever take us back to the Cape, we would look forward to staying at Maria’s condo again.

Perfect Cozy Weekend in Chatham

Maria helped make our anniversary weekend so special. So many welcoming touches, an absolutely gorgeous place with every detail attended to, perfect location, and lots of great local recommendations...the highlight of which was the amazing restaurant she chefs at...perfect stay with no room for improvement!

Best VRBO EVER - Close to everything in Chatham!

This was such a warm, welcoming, well furnished and properly stocked home. So grateful we were able to stay here. Everything was exactly what we needed and exactly where we needed it. So much love and thought put into each space in this home. The kitchen was glorious - most VRBO's have inexpensive kitchen gear - not this one - really lovely to cook in this home. This house is close to everything you want to do in Chatham, a short walk right into town. Very quiet and peaceful. Warm sun on the deck in the mornings for yoga and coffee. If we come back to Chatham, we will fight to rent this property again it was so well done. Thank you Maria! And if you have the chance, definitely eat at the restaurant - a phenomenal meal we had there!
