Welcome to 3 Periwinkle, Hilton Head Nestled in the heart of Hilton Head, 3 Periwinkle offers a charming retreat for families and friends seeking a perfect blend of comfort and entertainment.

Spacious Lower Level
The lower level welcomes you with a cozy queen sleeper sofa, a 60-inch flat-screen TV, and a stylish dining/game table, perfect for family game nights. Kids will love the dedicated nook featuring a twin over full bunk bed, an additional twin trundle pull-out bed, beanbag chairs, and a variety of board games. There is a full size bathroom with double vanity.

Master Suite
The renovated king master suite features a double vanity and tiled glass shower, with a glass door leading out to the pool and backyard lounge area, offering easy access to the outdoors.

Convenient Half-Kitchen
A convenient half-kitchen at the back offers a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, with direct access to the pool area for easy poolside entertaining. There is also a full size washer and dryer next to the the kitchen.

Top Level Comfort
The top level is accessible via a semi-spiral staircase OR an exterior staircase on the left side of the home. It features a spacious main living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining nook with a built-in banquette that seats eight. A sliding glass door opens to a spacious deck with additional dining for six and comfortable lounge seating for seven, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

Spacious Bedrooms
Down the hall, you'll find the King master bedroom with its own bathroom. Across the hall are two more bedrooms—one King and one Queen—each equipped with flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans for your comfort.

Private Oasis
Step outside to your private oasis, surrounded by lush tropical gardens and palm trees as well as an astroturf lawn for poolside games. The pool sun deck features six loungers and two Adirondack chairs, perfect for soaking up the sun. The covered area under the deck offers large outdoor sofas and chairs, along with a propane-fueled fire pit. A poolside grill and dining table for six complete this entertaining space. The 12x28 pool can be heated to a cozy 88 degrees from September through May, ensuring year-round enjoyment.

Outdoor Shower
An outdoor shower is available for convenience after swimming.

At 3 Periwinkle, Hilton Head, you'll find the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment, making it the ideal getaway for families and friends.

Beach Access: Located just a short walk from the Folly Field Beach entrance, you'll have access to all the amenities you need for a perfect day at the beach, including restrooms, vending machines, a rubberized path to the ocean, and a shower. And if you're looking for a more private experience, we also offer a private Folly Field Beach Access (please note that this option does not include restrooms and vending.)

Golf Cart Offer: Beach House Boutique offers 6-passenger electric golf carts that can be transformed into 4-passenger + cargo.
Golf carts can be parked at the public beach parking. You can also drive golf carts to nearby restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.
Availability is limited in the summer. Please request at the time of booking for best availability.

Parking:
This home has a U-shaped driveway large enough for 4-5 vehicles depending on size. On street parking is NOT allowed. We also provide a bike rack out front for storing bicycles.

Included supplies:
Your property will come stocked with a STARTER set (you will need to buy more) of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags.
Cancellation Policy:
To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel at minimum 60 days prior to check in.
In the event you, the Guest, needs to cancel your reservation and the reservation is applicable to a refund, the funds will be sent back to the you in the same manner they were received. All cancellations are subject to a $350 administrative fee. There are no exceptions.
Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip/Travel Insurance at the time of booking. This is offered through a 3rd party vendor. Beach House Boutique does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as weather, road conditions, power outages, security, travel warnings or political unrest. *
