An open floor plan villa for easy living!
A perfect venue for the dream getaway. A beautifully appointed second floor, open floor plan one bedroom villa in the heart of Kiawah Island. Step inside this villa to hardwood floors, artwork, and an updated kitchen stocked for a chef. The spacious living area offers 180 degree lagoon views from the dining room and enclosed sunroom which gives this villa an open feel and more living space. This villa is a truly majestic place to have coffee or cocktails in the sunroom while enjoying nature in the lagoon, regardless of the season. The living room and sunroom have plenty of seating for guests or for a couple to lounge and relax. The bedroom has room for a sitting area and a king size bed. This villa is within 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Turtle Point Golf Course, The Sanctuary, and East Village Town Market are all within a 5-10 minute walk or bike ride for ease. You are positioned steps from the bike path for enjoyment of all of the activity Kiawah has to offer. End unit is peaceful and quiet. Linens, towels, and a starter kit of laundry and dishwashing needs provided. Grab your books or gadgets (wifi included), relaxing clothes, and a bottle of wine and enjoy!

This villa was wonderful. It was so pleasant and welcoming. Suzanne provided some welcoming island treats along with a handwritten note. The villa is so tasteful and relaxing. The villa was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed being on the water, where we saw white egret, turtles, deer, and several alligators. The location also provided easy access to the beach and Night Heron Park. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us. We hope to return. :-)

We loved our stay here. You are centrally located close to the Sanctuary and the tennis courts. You are also a quick walk to Turtle Point.

Cozy Coastal Getaway

This condo was the perfect place for a week getaway for my husband and I. We were able to get to the beach with just a short walk, and we explored a lot of the landmarks in and around the Charleston area. The Kiawah Island community is very safe and clean - great for walking and riding bikes. Our experience here was 5 stars!
