An open floor plan villa for easy living!
A perfect venue for the dream getaway. A beautifully appointed second floor, open floor plan one bedroom villa in the heart of Kiawah Island. Step inside this villa to hardwood floors, artwork, and an updated kitchen stocked for a chef. The spacious living area offers 180 degree lagoon views from the dining room and enclosed sunroom which gives this villa an open feel and more living space. This villa is a truly majestic place to have coffee or cocktails in the sunroom while enjoying nature in the lagoon, regardless of the season. The living room and sunroom have plenty of seating for guests or for a couple to lounge and relax. The bedroom has room for a sitting area and a king size bed. This villa is within 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. Turtle Point Golf Course, The Sanctuary, and East Village Town Market are all within a 5-10 minute walk or bike ride for ease. You are positioned steps from the bike path for enjoyment of all of the activity Kiawah has to offer. End unit is peaceful and quiet. Linens, towels, and a starter kit of laundry and dishwashing needs provided. Grab your books or gadgets (wifi included), relaxing clothes, and a bottle of wine and enjoy!

This villa was wonderful. It was so pleasant and welcoming. Suzanne provided some welcoming island treats along with a handwritten note. The villa is so tasteful and relaxing. There is a lot of attention to detail to make the stay comfortable, easy, and enjoyable. I hope to be able to come again soon!

The villa was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed being on the water, where we saw white egret, turtles, deer, and several alligators. The location also provided easy access to the beach and Night Heron Park. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us. We hope to return. :-)

Family retreat

Beautiful furnishings. Had everything I could have possibly needed in the kitchen. My only concern was the parking location and the path to the actual condo since I am elderly and didn't realize parking would not be directly in front of the facility. Overall though I was very satisfied with my stay.

Cozy Coastal Getaway

This condo was the perfect place for a week getaway for my husband and I. We were able to get to the beach with just a short walk, and we explored a lot of the landmarks in and around the Charleston area. The Kiawah Island community is very safe and clean - great for walking and riding bikes. Our experience here was 5 stars!

We loved our stay here. You are centrally located close to the Sanctuary and the tennis courts. You are also a quick walk to Turtle Point.

SHORT GET WAY

Villa was just like it was described. Clean. Great for couple. Manager was helpful. Island was beautiful. Bike ride is a must do. And head back to John's Island for dinner at a place called Lost Isle. Omg. Highly recommend this villa.

Excellent Villa

Villa had everything we needed for a beach vacation! Great location and its a beautiful clean villa. Enjoyed the sunroom looking at the wildlife especially since the weather was cool and windy. Beach access was a short bike ride. Suzanne was very responsive and accommodating. The welcome gift bag was very thoughtful also! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your villa for our trip.

Peaceful & beautiful place

Such a nice place to be in the nature and Suzanne's place adds to it and made my whole experience there so pleasant. All very clean and beautiful apartment ,with lots of attention to the smallest details (including welcome treats, loved them - thank you!), really made me feel so at peace.I can't think of anything that I would have wanted different or changed. Lovely East Beach Villa

We could not have enjoyed our time at Suzanne's charming Turtle Cove Villa more! The communication prior to arrival was excellent, and the condo was well-equipped with everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The cozy reading chairs in the sunroom overlooking the lagoon, as well as the proximity to both The Sanctuary and the Roy Barth Tennis Center were ideal as well. We very much appreciated Suzanne's hospitality, and are already looking forward to another stay in the future!

Hidden Gem

Suzanne’s property is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a trip away from home. It is exactly like in the pictures. Her property has a nice sitting area where my husband and I had coffee with a gator every morning. The bed is comfortable. Suzanne and Patricia were accessible if needed and responded quickly. When my husband and I visit Kiawah again, we will look first for this property.
