This three-bedroom, two-bath unit is designed for both relaxation and adventure. With plenty of room for the whole family, The Royal Merchant is perfect for creating lifelong memories.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances and is stocked with all the cookware you need for preparing meals. Whether it’s a casual lunch or an elaborate dinner, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips.
Unwind in the cozy living area, furnished with a leather sofa, loveseat, and easy chair, and television.
Step out onto the screened porch to relax without the hassle of pesky insects.
The Primary Bedroom features King bedding, a television for late-night shows, and a private bathroom adorned with linens. The second bedroom features a cozy Queen bed, while the third bedroom, affectionately known as the "Kids Nook," is a dream come true for little ones. With two Queen beds and built-in bunk beds, it can comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
Step outside to enjoy the complex’s two pools, with a kiddie pool and clubhouse. Just minutes away, the sandy white beaches of the Gulf await, calling you for sun-soaked days of swimming, shell collecting, and picnics.
Surrounded by nature, yet conveniently located near the vibrant attractions of the area, The Royal Merchant is a nature lover’s paradise. Explore the winding trails of the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, take in the breathtaking scenery, or indulge in local dining and shopping experiences—all just a stone's throw away.

*AGE: There is a strict minimum age requirement of 25 to book this property.
*GOLF CARTS/ LOW SPEED VEHICLES: This property is located approximately 1/2 mile from the beach. The Association allows renters to rent golf carts from their approved vendor, Island Carts, LLC. Personal golf carts or low speed vehicles (LSV) are prohibited!
*PARKING: This complex offers onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles. Your vehicles must have a parking pass filled out completely and the pass must always be visible to avoid being towed. The Rookery III has limited parking, therefore you can only purchase up to two (2) parking pass per reservation. Trailer/ motor home parking is prohibited.
*PETS: This property IS pet friendly! You are welcome to bring up to two pets during your vacation, however each pet MUST be registered and the pet fee paid prior to your arrival. The pet fee is $175.00 plus tax per pet. A leash cover is required and supplied for each pet with paid pet fee. The leash cover(s) will be in the unit with your parking pass(es) at arrival. Any damages caused by your pet or any fines incurred involving your pet(s) will be your responsibility. The cost of the pet fee and/or fines are subject to change at any time without notice. Failure to register and pay the pet fee can result in being fined and/or evicted.
*MONTHLY RENTALS: This property is available for monthly rentals at certain times of the year. Ask the reservationist for details regarding monthly rates and fees associated with monthly rentals.
*CANCELLATION: Cancellation must be more than 30 days prior to arrival date and submitted in writing directly to our office email, . Please refer to your Rental Agreement to review the full policy.
