This three-bedroom, two bathroom, bayfront vacation home is a true fisherman's paradise. This unique home sits on a working waterfront, with several shrimp boats that dock behind the house and unload their live shrimp into our bait tanks....and yes you do have access to your own live bait shrimp! In addition, there is also a boat ramp you can launch your boat and it puts you right in the heart of some of the area's best flat fishing and SCALLOPING! When it's time to get off the boat and unload your fish, the Reel Em Inn has a fish station located under the house equipped with a cutting board and hot and cold-water hose. Once you get your fish cleaned you have a fully equipped kitchen to cook in and a nice dining area to enjoy your fresh catch while overlooking the bay. Have a night you don't feel like cooking? Hunts Oyster Bar is only a short walk away! Below Hunt’s is St Joe Shrimp Seafood market which also serves as a convenience store. They have the area's best fresh shrimp and fish, along with cold drinks, seasonings, condiments, bait & tackle, and almost everything you could need! Overall, this house is ideal for a group or family who plans to go fishing and enjoys livelihood and interactions with other people being that there are businesses all around it. It is not secluded, however it is a "shore thing" for a very good time and a unique experience that you can't get anywhere else!
