Lake Stevens lake front retreat- family friendly

Located just 35 miles north of Seattle, the Lakefront Retreat offers a getaway bound to create lasting family memories. Offering stunning views of Lake Stevens, includes a large shared fully fenced yard, dock, sandy beach including all of the toys (kayaks, pedal boat, paddle boards, floaties, sand toys and kids' toys) you will need to enjoy your time away. Splash the day away-swimming, boating, fishing, or sunning on the dock. Great for families and couple's getaway. Come enjoy lake life!

Fully remodeled 2 story lake-house, updates and decor inspired by our love of the PNW.
Parking is available for aprox 3 cars and potentially a boat trailer if needed. There are 2 boat launches in Lake Stevens, and we can accommodate room on our dock to tie up a boat.

Please Note:
We live in the downstairs Mother-in-law unit, the house is set up similar to a duplex. We access the lower unit from the upper deck and stairs to the backyard. We may occasionally be using the yard or beach/dock but will also respect your space. We have 2 active kids 6 and 2 years old, and a very friendly golden retriever. We have lived in the PNW our entire lives and are happy to share ideas for outings, local restaurants and help if you need any assistance with lake toys. We remodeled and turned 2 of our past Seattle homes into vacation rentals, so we are now excited to share our Lake Stevens home with you! We encourage those who are looking for a family friendly location to come enjoy our little piece of the lake.

Entering into home we have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with washer and dryer upstairs.
-1 King bed, tv, with upstairs full bathroom (full shower and bathtub) washer & dryer.

-1 King bed, tv and private en-suit bathroom (large steam shower with double shower heads, space for additional air mattress we provide if needed) unobstructed lake view, spacious closets.

-1 Bedroom with xl twin boat bed (also possible space for the air mattress) tv.

Head downstairs on the custom concrete staircase to the spacious kitchen. Fully stocked with everything you will need during your trip. The kitchen includes 2 ovens, oversized fridge and 6 burner gas stove. Large stainless sink with industrial faucet. Plenty of counter space and island to prep meals. 2 counter stools and seating at custom dining nook for aprox 8 people.

Small office with built in desk if you're working remotely during your stay, variety of books for the afternoon read or planning your next adventure.

Bathroom on main level includes large soaking tub with custom reclaimed wood vanity and live edge wood framed mirror.
Radiant floor heating throughout the house.

Living Room with comfortable leather couch and large pull-out TV, gas fireplace and wall of glass slider doors to enjoy panoramic views. Access to large deck with outdoor table and stainless BBQ. Stairs to shared fenced yard, sandy beach and dock. Kids outdoor slide ends on lower shared deck.
