Escape to paradise and experience the beauty of Oahu's North Shore from our comfortable and private townhouse, located right next to Turtle Bay Resort. Whether you're here to surf, explore world-famous beaches, hike scenic trails, or simply relax, you'll be close to everything the North Shore has to offer.

The Space:
Our spacious two-story end-unit condo offers extra privacy and comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary bedroom: King bed
Loft: Queen bed + Twin size Trundle bed with two twin beds

***An additional guest fee of $20 per person, per night applies for parties of more than 4 guests.

A Note About the Location:
Our condo is located closer to the road, so some traffic noise may be noticeable. Like many homes in Hawaii, you'll also hear the local birds greeting the day. To help create a comfortable environment, we provide air conditioning and an air purifier, which many guests find helps minimize outside sounds. If you're an especially light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind.

Property was very clean upon arrival. Host Joaane was so responsive to questions and concerns prior to stay. The condo is like a home away from hime with all the comforts you could wish for. I highly recommend this place!

I would unequivocally stay here again. From the communications, to the check in process to the how the place looked, everything was so smooth. Even was able to check in early, which was great. The property was wonderful. It was perfect for our family.

I would definitely recommend this property. Everything was clean, there was beach supplies, and communication was great when needing to adjust check-in and check out times. It was easy to find and easy to access. The AC worked great, which was a big thing for us. She even hod a box of chocolate and a bottle water waiting for us, it was such a nice touch. We will stay here again.

Loved staying at Kuilima Estates West! Clean, pool was close to the condo and we even took our 4 year old grandson to ride a pony at Turtle Bay Stables. Also very near to Lei Lei's Restaurant which was delicious! Enjoy the scenic drive to Kahuku and the peace and quiet of the property. We will definetly be returning!

Light sleepers might have trouble - even though this is an upstairs corner unit, the road noise made for difficult sleep.

Hi Jen, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear the street noise impacted your stay. As noted in the listing, the apartment is located next to a street, so there can be traffic noise, and I mention that it may not be the best fit for light sleepers. To help minimize outside noise, I also provide an air conditioner and an air purifier for white noise. I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, as guest feedback is always valuable.

The owner provided timely instruction for accessing the unit easily. The Condo was very clean. Lovely location on a golf course. Plenty of linens and a well-stocked kitchen. Earplugs helped with intermittent road noise.

Thank you, Joanne. Communication was great. We had no issues with the condo. It was nice having all of the beach toys and equipment. Plenty of towels, space for our family of two teens. They loved being in the loft upstairs! Proximity to Turtle Bay was nice (we dropped the kids off at the beach and they walked home :) It's a great location between Haleiwa/Wailua and Kailua! We were there during potential flooding and Joanne reached out to say we could stay as long as we needed (checkout was 11am) that day to ensure our safety. Definitely recommend for travelers who want to stay on the North shore.
