Breath taking. Family loved it soooo much. The house was perfect. Needed more paper towel, dish towels and better pans. Oven in main home did not work.

The Best!

My family and I loved the house and the space it provided. The pool was a hit and the property manager would came by a couple times to clean the pool in the mornings. Luis was great and helped us by answering questions or came by when we called him. We will definitely book this again when we go back to Puerto Peñasco! Thank you for sharing your home and making our family vacation perfect.

Perfect Vacation Spot

This property was nothing short of amazing for our group. The house had every amenity that you could ask for, plus some, which made the entire property felt like a home away from home. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Truly amazing.

Amazing beach house

This house was amazing, had everything we needed and was absolutely beautiful. The resort, however, closed all access to the beach with huge sand bags due to high tides they have recently had making it so hard to have any beach access as well as destroying the view from the balcony. We had to go to a public beach and pay for parking to be able to have a good "beach day." This has nothing to do with the property because the owner does not have control over this.

Wonderful getaway!

Our group of 11 had a wonderful time at this home over spring break! There were plentiful beds and even more bathrooms for all ages! The teens loved the casita. HUGE kitchen and dining area accommodated everyone. We brought paper plates which was helpful because the house doesn’t have a dishwasher or garbage disposal. The pool and upstairs patio with games were so fun. The tides were always far out, so it helped to swim in the pool vs. ocean. BEAUTIFUL decor and Luis was nearby to help and check on the property. A few more kitchen/drying towels and bath towels would be helpful and that’s our only suggestion. We’ll be back to Casa Equix!

Breathtaking house ❤️

My family and I ( 16 adults, 1 child, and a small dog) spent four days/ three nights at the house. Our first impression to the house was breathtaking! From the main entrance door( huge door) to the openness of the living room, kitchen and large dinning table. Oh and the view to the pool as soon as you walk into the house… just beautiful!!. As we started exploring each room with its own unique bathroom, it was hard to choose which room to sleep in.🙂 The 3 extra bathrooms (1 inside and 2 outside) were very helpful for a large group of people as well as the openness of the whole house. Now let’s talk about the outside… the studio room detached from the main living space was such a nice surprise; it had everything fridge/stove/bathroom) it was just very charming. Just outside there are 2 bathrooms; which are very helpful being next to the pool. There is a gas BBQ grill if you want to grill and a small fridge. The pool, not too deep was very refreshing and was very much used 😊. The only “bad” thing about the pool is that it does not have a hand rail to get into the pool and it can be a bit deceiving when taking that first step. But overall the pool was very clean and big enough for all of us. On the side of the house there are some stairs that leads to a beautiful top Terrance that has like 3 separate spaces for people to enjoy ( lot of sitting spaces) . The gas fire pit was great for night s’mores. Great place to either see the sunrise or sunset overlooking the ocean or Sonora mountains. Luis, the host, was so so helpful and the times I had to text him, he responded right away. Just have to say that Luis was great! 🙂 Overall, we all were very much pleased about the house, so much that we didn’t want to leave ☺️ There is really no need to go to the nearby beach! The house has everything. The only suggestion we all had was putting a hand rail for the pool or something that helps you go in and out of pool. Thank you for sharing your house and don’t be surprised if we rent it again 🙂😁
