Laguna Shore Thing, modern beach house w/ private pool, resort, sleeps 20
Welcome to The Laguna Shore Thing, our modern beach home sleeps 20 and is the perfect place for a big family trip or an adults getaway! It features 4 King suites, each with their own bathroom, a bunkbed room, its own private pool and Starlink internet. Our home is a 5 min walk to the beach. We are located in the Laguna Shores Resort, which gives access to the amenities such as the infinity pool, swim-up bar, onsite restaurant, gym, games and much more. The community is gated with 24 hour security.
-Each King suite has its own bathroom, and smart tv
-The large bunkbed room features 2 twin over twin bunks, and 2 twin over queen bunks, along with its own smart tv.
-The living room has a pull out sofa bed and smart tv
-Fully stocked kitchen, with Reverse Osmosis water system which allows you to drink the water
-Outside you will find your own private pool with an outdoor half bathroom and outdoor shower.
-Outdoor kitchen featuring gas grill, sink and grilling utensil set.
-Outdoor table and chairs allow you to enjoy the fresh air while eating or playing games
-The tall privacy wall creates a perfect oasis to relax and not worry about the neighbors
-Starlink internet gives you reliable fast internet to allow streaming
-1st floor: 1 king suite w/ attached full bath, Bunkbed room & half bathroom
-2nd floor: 3 king suites w/ attached full bathrooms. One of the upstairs suites has an outdoor balcony.

-The onsite restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner
-Swim up bar located inside the infinity pool

We are the Boudreaux's. We are originally from Utah, but have lived in Kentucky and now Arizona. Our family loves to travel and we have loved having a beach house in Mexico, only a 4 hour drive away!
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We fell in love with Laguna Shores and it's one of a kind beauty. The sunsets there are breathtaking and unique, with the way the tide and water levels are, on this side of Rocky Point. Since the community is gated with 24 hour security, we feel 100% safe, and love how family friendly it is along with all of the resort staff. Another bonus for us is that it's far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but not too far for when we want to try out another beach, shop or venture out to other restaurants in Rocky Point.
Whether the tide is in or out, there's always something to do. Our kids love collecting all the beautiful shells, finding crabs, playing in the tide pools, playing beach games or enjoying the resort pool and hot tub. With all the resort amenities and the on site restaurant, there are times we visit and don't leave the resort.
Not only have we fell in love with Laguna Shores, but we also love our house. It's perfect for our large family gatherings, or the times when we want to go on a trip with multiple families. The outdoor area is so fun and such a great extension of the home.
Whether the tide is in or out, there's always something to do. Our kids love collecting all the beautiful shells, finding crabs, playing in the tide pools, playing beach games or enjoying the resort pool and hot tub. With all the resort amenities and the on site restaurant, there are times we visit and don't leave the resort.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
When we first walked through the home, we loved it, but felt it could be better suited for our family and the way we like to travel. Originally the home was 4 bedroom with 2 garages. We love to travel with other families, so we decided it needed a bunk room! We turned one of the garages into a bunk room and turned each of the bedrooms into king suites. There have been times in the past when traveling, that we either got lucky and ended up in the king suite, or unlucky and ended up in the room with the trundle. We love that with our house, you can travel with multiple families and each couple can have their own King suite. We hope you enjoy your stay at the Laguna Shore Thing, and that you will be "shore" to come back!
