Lacking a few things
The place was just ok, I wouldn't stay at this villa again. The floors could have been cleaner, cereal in the kitchen, pieces of weed eater plastic in the hallway. Quite dusty overall, exterior pool area had spider webs everywhere including the chairs, dead worms on patio. I used the washing machine frequently and the darks had more lint on them after washing? I've never had that at home.I think the over abundance of signage everywhere is displeasing. The inside kitchen cupboards note the numbers of every glass, cup, mug, plate, etc. on the edge of the shelf.Some of the facecloths are rag ready.The bedroom that has direct pool access has no bedside tables or lamps (no room because the king bed takes all the space), just the ceiling fan light. The bathroom shower faucet and shower head are horrible corroded and need replacing. No place in the shower to put shampoo or anything except the floor. One towel bar near the tub wall that is not easy to use unless you stand in the tub. The bath could use more hooks or towel bars.We paid for the pool to be heated as we rented the villa for 3 weeks and it was not worth the extra fee. It just doesn't make sense to have the pool heater on only during the day, the pool temps drop significantly (in March) overnight & the pool heater works all day to bring the temps back up. Pretty sure you are wasting money heating this way. We have a concrete inground pool in Canada and the heater can run 24hrs to reach the set temperature.
