Sunbird #407- Pearl Gulf Getaway

This beautifully quaint 1 bedroom unit offers all the comforts of home to ensure your stay in paradise is one to remember. Enjoy one of the best views of the gulf from the living room, dining room, and kitchen of Sunbird 407 in the East Tower. The master bedroom features a king bed with access to the bathroom, while the living room hosts a cabinet for two and a sleeper sofa as well to allow guest to enjoy multiple sleeping options in the den common space. Sunbird Resorts offers a relaxing beach scene in close proximity to many of Panama City Beach's best amenities and attractions. We hope to host your stay in paradise!

The Sunbird is located on the east end of Thomas Drive in the Lower Grand Lagoon section of Panama City Beach. Great Restaurants like Pineapple Willy's, Patches, Schooner's, Dat Cajun Place, The Grand Marlin, Captain Anderson's, Andy's Flour Power and J Michael's make dining out super easy while on vacation in the area.

St. Andrews State Park is 5 mins away and the family can enjoy hiking, sunbathing, and numerous activities at the beach area of the state park. The St. Andrews Marina is just 10 mins away and fishing excursions and dolphin tours are bookable on any given day. For the golfers in the group there are numerous golf courses just 15 mins away.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Great condo

I would stay here again. Nice location, easy beach access. The condo was clean and exactly like the pictures. The bed slept decently. The shower head does not have a lot of pressure, which if you have a lot of hair, isn’t fun. Other than that was a great experience.

Very accomodating

The location of the unit was great! The fourth floor was quiet, the elevator was (extremely) fast, and any help requested was quickly provided (such as needing the code for the gate to the beach resent). The biggest downside was not the fault of the unit but the general environment. The smell of marijuana was frequently overwhelming when sitting outside from other units. Despite the other guests, the stay was exactly as advertised and worth the cost!

Beautiful View!

Clean, conveniently located, and comfy. We really enjoyed our stay! The beach is right outside the door. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy via text, and we appreciated that very much.

Very clean and well decorated. The only critique is sleeper sofa very uncomfortable. But that is common on sleeper sofas.

First timers and future timers

Absolutely fantastic. Clean, well managed, everything worked, all supplies available, secure parking, fantastic balcony and a million dollar view. What else could we ask for.....except dolphins swimming by. Got those too, guess theres nothing left to ask for. We will definitely return someday.

Very nice place

We absolutely had the best experience from the start. The property manager Met us at the property and welcomed us. This unit is our favorite one so far from our many years of visiting PCB. It’s so clean and up to date. We love the colors and decorations. We felt like we were at home. Also they had the daily devotion Jesus Calling ready for us on the desk. What a blessing it was to stay here. Thank you for the great experience. We loved our stay here. Thank you Holt for helping us with our last minute trip to PCB!

Weekend getaway

This condo is lovely. The view from the balcony were beachfront. The location is great close to food and entertainment. The location has 24hr gate attendance. Being that the condo is smaller the washer and dryers are on the first floor. We would book this condo agajn.

The propery manager was very nice and responsive when needed. Condo was close to many good restaurants and activities. Would highly recommend this property to any family.

Beautiful condo

This condo was beautiful! Everything from the views, cleanliness, and expectations. Cort was a pleasure to work with. Anytime I had a question he was fast to answer. We would definitely rent again if not this property any property he manages.

Short Beach Trip

Loved the condo and the owners were very responsive! The property itself is currently undergoing construction, That was my only issue. They were painting the outside which restricted my view.

PCB retreat

Both properties were nice. Construction at Sunbird was a distraction. The property manager gave us an amazing option to move to Edgewater. PARADISE!!!!!!!! Great location, amenities, and unit. Hope to return SOON.
