This two story fully furnished condo is in the perfect location in Sarasota! ALL utilities are covered including Wi-Fi.
If you work remote, there is a desk in both bedrooms and living room.
Both rooms have attached private bathrooms and queen beds. The master bedroom has a spacious walk in closet and a sliding door leading out to the balcony. The second room also leads out to the same balcony that has patio furniture. The living room has a 55" smart TV where you can log into your streaming accounts and wind down with your favorite shows and movies.
This condo includes an in unit washer and dryer. Beach towels, 2 beach chairs, pool noodles, picnic basket, 4 bikes and a pair of tennis rackets and tennis balls are also provided.
Directly across the street is a Publix on US 41, perfect for last minute groceries. Enjoy peaceful walks around the community pond or relax at the dock. If you have kayaks, you can use the kayak launch (there is also a kayak storage) and make your way to the bay to grab a drink or lunch at the Tiki Bar. 15 minute drive to/from SRQ airport. You can use the bikes to get to Downtown, O'Learys Tiki Bar and the Marina Jack in just 7 minutes. Enjoy a stroll through the beautiful Marie Selby Botanical Gardens only one block away. Or take a brisk 15 minute walk to the bay and watch the dolphins near the yachts.
You can also enjoy your time on the property and say hello to the manatees from the dock :) Play tennis or relax at the pool and hot tub. There are many unique shops and restaurants just a short bike ride away or just a 3 minute drive. You will be amazed by how close everything is in this beautiful location!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
My husband and I fell in love with this condo complex for it's resort like property before we even knew that it was so close to Lido and Siesta Key, and especially downtown Sarasota and the Bay. The 2 story condo makes it feel more like a townhome because of the spacious room and the 2 balconies and 2.5 baths.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Enjoy watching the manatees on the canal right on the community property! They swim right up to the dock and come up to say hello. You can also take peaceful walks around the large pond in the evenings. Publix is directly across the street for any last minute shopping. You will love all the unique restaurants and shops so close to the condo, just right down the street!
