This condo includes an in unit washer and dryer. Beach towels, 2 beach chairs, pool noodles, picnic basket, 4 bikes and a pair of tennis rackets and tennis balls are also provided.

Directly across the street is a Publix on US 41, perfect for last minute groceries. Enjoy peaceful walks around the community pond or relax at the dock.
