Aloha and Mahalo for your review. It's great to hear that the condo was clean and well kept, but I'm sorry to hear that you had some issues with the air conditioning and power outages. It's also unfortunate that the power went out and the elevator has been out of service. Often we find its best to contact management about this so that it can be addressed.
