Designed to entertain parties of 10 to 12 guests, featuring the Caribbean Sea from the rocky shore between Akumal Bay and Half Moon Bay. Villa Seagate uses traditional masonry techniques to maintain the house fresh for guests during their stay.



An expansive living and dining area with large windows and glass doors opens to an oceanside patio. Next to the dining room, there is an entertainment room and a fully equipped kitchen with a door that leads to the pool deck. The entertainment room features AC for those looking to relax after a full day of swimming and diving. The expansive living area and kitchen are designed to catch the ocean breeze.



Each one of Villa Seagate’s bedrooms faces the Caribbean and has either a porch or a cozy balcony. All four bedrooms have their private en-suite bathroom decorated in colorful Mexican tiles and AC. Three of the bedrooms feature a king-size bed, while the 4th bedroom comes with two double beds and a single bed.
The new garden casita is a fifth bedroom located towards the front of the property. The casita features a king bed, which can also be set up as 2 twin beds.

This villa has a large oceanfront lounging area complete with hammocks and a small manicured beach for soaking up the sun. The garden-side swimming pool has a limestone tanning deck and a cookout area that is conveniently located by the kitchen.
