Just steps from the beach access, this new construction 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house is ready for you and your family.
This home has everything your family needs for a great get away. This beautifully decorated home has a master with king bed on the ground floor with en suite bath with large glass shower. Full sized laundry room, kitchen/dining and living room. The back deck has a gas grill and looks out over the back yard. The backyard is fenced! The second floor has 3 bedrooms- 1 king, 1 queen and a bunk room that sleeps 3, 2 full baths and Gulf views.
There are 4 bicycles. Gas grill. Community Pool and pickle ball courts are OPEN!

My family and our doodle stayed for 6 nights. The house was very clean, well stocked, and had everything you need for a day at the beach! Will definitely be back. I tend to have pretty high expectations and this house left nothing to be desired, honestly!

The best week!

My family (8 adults & 1 child) stayed here for a week and absolutely loved everything at the house! There was plenty of space for everyone’s stuff and the walk to the beach was a breeze. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything we could need (we cooked most of our meals) and the garage had plenty of chairs and beach things- we were all impressed! We will definitely be saving this home as a favorite for the future!

We loved this place!

The house is wonderful! Everything was clean, well stocked and cozy space. Host communicated well ans was available for any questions. Location is perfect with the beach, pool, pickle ball, etc just a short walk away. We also loved the fenced back yard. We will definitely stay here again.

Snowbird Stay

Very nice property. Perfect for my husband and our Pug who liked the fenced in backyard. Our third stay on the Cape and will be back next year. Had everything we needed and our host could not have been more accessible and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay.

Repeat Stay!

We’ve visited this property twice and it’s a delight. Great location in the gated community as it’s just a short walk to the beach. Fenced in backyard is perfect for kiddos and dogs while the garage is great to stow beach gear. We hope to come back again!

Great house!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean house with perfect location to beach and middle of our favorite spots. Lots of families renting to play pickle ball, volleyball, and swim in the pool. Highly recommend.. just don’t forget to bring your soap 😊

House was great. Very clean and lots of extra stuff included so you don’t have to pack so much. (Beach chairs, cooler, wagon, a FAN.)

Gorgeous house and great location

The home is absolutely beautiful and we loved the neighborhood. Short walk over to the beach. Having a garage was a great perk (and also having beach chairs & wagon available). We loved our stay!!

First time in cape san blas

It was a very nice beachy subdivision. Great access to the ocean and pool. House was very nicely decorated and had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and the house cooled down nicely. The refrigerator did not work well and melted the ice-cream and did not produce ice. It also beeped the entire time. Everything else about the house was great. We were very surprised that the gulf water was not emerald green like it is on 30A and in Destin. This was definitely disappointing. Again, the house was lovely and the neighborhood was great... Thank you!

2024 Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 9. We had plenty of room to spread out. The beach and pool were easy access. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again. The location was perfect.

Beautiful Property

Our family of 5 enjoyed staying at this property so much. The location was perfect for beach access and pool access. Our children loved playing pickle ball and enjoying the pool. The house was spacious and clean and was perfect for us to all spread out. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook (including spices!) Our family enjoyed the beach but also driving down to the State Park which wasn't far at all. Cape San Blas is a wonderful hidden gem!

Great vacation house

Great house that was well equipped both inside and for the beach. We really enjoyed the location as well as the amenities; pickleball, proximity to beach Weather wasn't perfect and we still had a wonderful time.

Everything was terrific. The home was beautiful & backyard great for Lucy & Maggie🐾🐾❤️ Lovely area beach a short walk. We went to beaches by the before state park(only place on the Cape that does not allow dogs) all beaches on Cape Blau pet friendly. Great restaurants Cone Heads the best Lobster Crab bisque. Port St Joes has many restaurants Joe Mamas Pizxa👍Go visit Appalacolia lovely quant fishing town fun shops. Golf course up a road fun for 9 or 18. Very relaxing the beds were amazingly comfortable.Have everything you could ask for to cook. Only negative pool is not heated but I went in anyway!Thank you so much for such a fantastic vacation❤️ You will not be disappointed

Great property

House was terrific. Only concern, no local network channels on tv. We used our own Netflix, Prime and Paramount. Kitchen was equipped well. Everything you needed made it feel move in ready. We will stay again. Very close to beach.

Great Winter Getaway House

We had a great time at the property, it's got a great yard for the pups and you can tell the owners welcome our furry kids. it's a great house, we were a bit surprised at the lack of care that was taken with general housekeeping (we vacumed after two days and it filled the thing haflway, and our dogs don't shed). However, that could have just been a one-off. It really is in a fantastic spot and is a wonderful house!

Great location and ammenities!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is ideal as it’s just a short walk to the beach (and pool), and also just a short drive from restaurants on the Cape and in Port St. Joe. We had two dogs with us, so the fenced in backyard was a big plus! Appreciated the wagon for hauling our beach chairs and bags down the boardwalk.

Beautiful home on the lower cape

This property could not have been more clean, cute, or we’ll appointed! The hosts were communicative and helpful even with our trip being so close to a hurricane (which thankfully missed this area). The pool and pickleball courts are a plus as well.
