Just steps from the beach access, this new construction 4 bedroom/3.5 bath house is ready for you and your family.
This home has everything your family needs for a great get away. This beautifully decorated home has a master with king bed on the ground floor with en suite bath with large glass shower. Full sized laundry room, kitchen/dining and living room. The back deck has a gas grill and looks out over the back yard. The backyard is fenced! The second floor has 3 bedrooms- 1 king, 1 queen and a bunk room that sleeps 3, 2 full baths and Gulf views.
There are 4 bicycles. Clear bottom kayak now provided!
Gas grill. Community Pool and pickle ball courts are OPEN!

Great property in a great location. Only downsides were uncomfortable squeaky master bed and running out of gas on Memorial Day. A back up canister would be great.

Hi! We are sorry you found the bed "squeaky". We have not had that complaint before, and we did report it to the owner, who also did not notice it. After your stay, we had our staff try to replicate it, so that we could figure out if a repair was needed, but they were not able to do so. We also address propane in our check in instructions.  Over the last 15 years with numerous units, what we have found with propane is that if we leave a "spare" full tank at a unit, they disappear.  Further, if we replace the tank at each turn, we are throwing away too much propane, so we developed the policy to notify guests in the check in instructions that we will reimburse the charge to replace it with the receipt.  We did reimburse your propane, as soon as you were able to send us documentation. My family and our doodle stayed for 6 nights. The house was very clean, well stocked, and had everything you need for a day at the beach! Will definitely be back. I tend to have pretty high expectations and this house left nothing to be desired, honestly!

We loved this place!

The house is wonderful! Everything was clean, well stocked and cozy space. Host communicated well ans was available for any questions. Location is perfect with the beach, pool, pickle ball, etc just a short walk away. We also loved the fenced back yard. We will definitely stay here again.

Snowbird Stay

Very nice property. Perfect for my husband and our Pug who liked the fenced in backyard. Our third stay on the Cape and will be back next year. Had everything we needed and our host could not have been more accessible and helpful. Looking forward to our next stay.

Great house!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean house with perfect location to beach and middle of our favorite spots. Lots of families renting to play pickle ball, volleyball, and swim in the pool. Highly recommend.. just don’t forget to bring your soap 😊

Great location and ammenities!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is ideal as it’s just a short walk to the beach (and pool), and also just a short drive from restaurants on the Cape and in Port St. Joe. We had two dogs with us, so the fenced in backyard was a big plus! Appreciated the wagon for hauling our beach chairs and bags down the boardwalk.

Repeat Stay!

We’ve visited this property twice and it’s a delight. Great location in the gated community as it’s just a short walk to the beach. Fenced in backyard is perfect for kiddos and dogs while the garage is great to stow beach gear. We hope to come back again!

The best week!

My family (8 adults & 1 child) stayed here for a week and absolutely loved everything at the house! There was plenty of space for everyone’s stuff and the walk to the beach was a breeze. The kitchen was fully loaded with everything we could need (we cooked most of our meals) and the garage had plenty of chairs and beach things- we were all impressed! We will definitely be saving this home as a favorite for the future!
