We stayed 12 wonderful days at this condo! We had an issue with the WiFi the first night. This was a big deal to us because we work remotely. We relayed this information to the owner/property manager and the matter was very swiftly communicated and corrected. The condo was exactly as prescribed. We had zero complaints and would stat again!

Fantastic Time!

We had a fantastic time visiting OBA and staying in this condo! It was very clean and nicely decorated. We did have to have a technician come out to reset the internet for us because it was not working and thought the digital door lock box was the router. But all in all it never slowed us down and thank you for making everything relaxing for us!

Condo Review

Great location for beach access and walking distance to several stores. Easy to check in and the condo had everything we needed plus some! We would definitely stay at this condo again. No complaints!! Beautiful condo and atmosphere outside condo!

Great beach trip!

We had a wonderful trip! It was a great location. the beach was fantastic and not too crowded, there were friendly people staying there, loved the pool and quick elevators. The condo itself was great too. Comfy beds and furniture. The only improvement we suggest is a deep scrub of the showers.

Our stay at Summer House was great! Everything in the condo was exactly what was shown in the pictures listed on VRBO. It'll always be a beach trip I will remember because my boyfriend proposed to me on the trip!

Over all good stay

The overall hotel was nice but needs updated on the outside. The pool was really nice and one of our favs. The hotel is in a great location. The condo inside was nice and updated but the cleanliness of it was a little disappointing upon arrival especially for the price we paid to stay for a week. Definitely needs more attention!

Condo was nice

Condo was clean and decorated nicely, the pool area was great, access to the beach was a breeze. The balcony was fantastic size with a huge table to enjoy. A couple things I felt could use improvement were the beds, they were very hard with no padding on them, the sheets felt like sandpaper, and the bedding was stained. The extra blankets in the closets were dirty, and had not been washed in awhile.

Nice place, needs maintenance

The condo unit itself was nice, needed a deep clean (bathroom baseboards and toilets needed some attention), would’ve been great to have an ice maker and an actual pantry but overall it was decent. The location is great and the view is beautiful (of course). The resort itself needs some upkeep/maintenance (peeling paint, damage to ceilings in hallways, etc.) and one of the 2 elevators was broken almost the entire time so that was frustrating.

Great Room!!!

This condo was top notch! The room was perfect for our family of 8! We would love to bring everyone back next year! Add a sleeper sofa to accommodate a couple more people!!! As far as the building, the pools were great! The balconies were like an additional room!! Only drawbacks: the elevators went out the day we arrived, so walking up 11 flights of stairs sucked… lastly, this is not the condos fault but the smell of marijuana was invasive when sitting on the balcony was rather invasive when we have small children in our party.

Love this Condo!!!!

My family loved this condo, it was spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. The complex itself is dated, yet when you open the door to the condo you are instantly greeted with a clean up to date atmosphere and picturesque views of the gulf.The sleeping arrangements were perfect and comfortable. Our only very small issue was a load of dirty dishes had been put away in the cabinets, we noticed the soap was still in the dishwasher, realizing the previous tenants never started the machine we just washed all the dishes the day we arrived. The location was perfect, close to grocery suppliers, restaurants, and entertainment. I will look to BEACH BALL PROPERTIES for future rentals,I would most definitely rent this specific condo again.
