Regarding the dishwasher, we appreciate you bringing that to our attention. While it is unfortunate the pod did not fully dissolve, this can occasionally occur if the pod is not placed securely inside the designated dispenser or if a large item blocks the door from opening mid-cycle. We did check the dishwasher, and it is functioning normally. Our team always strives to ensure every detail is Above The Rest, and we are glad that, despite this minor hiccup, the home served your needs perfectly. Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear communication was responsive, though it’s disappointing to see that your stay did not meet expectations. Cleanliness and functionality are priorities for our team, and each of the items mentioned was reviewed in detail. The hot tub is professionally maintained on a routine schedule, and we had our vendor return to service it again during your stay and after. Our pre-arrival records and follow-up inspections did not reflect the conditions described, including in the bathroom and kitchen areas. The oven was tested and was operating properly without smoke, and the home did not present any sewage-related concerns during inspection. Regarding the grill, there are multiple propane tanks available at the property. If one happens to be low, guests are welcome to switch tanks, and we’re happy to reimburse for any replacements if needed. During your stay, we offered to send our team back out to address any concerns in real time, but that option was declined. We always aim to resolve issues as quickly as possible when given the opportunity. While a refund was not required based on our findings and policy, a concession was still provided as a gesture of goodwill. We appreciate all feedback from our guests as it only helps us improve!
